I just read the reviews and I don't really understand. We find it from the street, for 12 dollars for two peoples, the private room was really clean with private bathroom, hot water and pressure, air con. In the center of the town old quarter. The staff was pretty nice to us so maybe it did change manager or they renovate the rooms but for sure the room with the balcony was pretty nice for 12 dollars for Hanoi. Maybe we were lucky but it seemed pretty nice place for correct deal.
