I don't get all the whining complaints on these reviews. I've stayed here twice over a few years and ALWAYS had a good experience. I've stayed at luxury hotels before. I can't afford much but this was close to my mom's hospital, the room was very clean and anything we needed, they provided. NO bugs. This is an older hotel but they make it nice for folks STILL. It was clean, comfy, and we felt at home. People who leave reviews generally are either expecting Trump Towers or just crabby. I've made reservations for professors that I worked for several times to stay at this hotel. It's fine. It's not overly fancy. The price is outstanding. Everyone needs to complain about something. It's pretty sad since this is a reasonable place.
