For our forth stay at Mesquite, we were in Phase 4 which is closer to the south side. Same great amenities, nicely maintained gardens and grounds, clean pools & spa and lots of friendly neighbours - Our condo was booked via VRBO and was fully stocked. Our owner met us and walked us through all the amenities which is a nice perk. Covered parking our front helped on those super hot days. Always a great stay!
