Nice bedrooms, comfortable mattress and pillows. Very clean.
Breakfast is nice and the food menu for dinner is good. 
A spot no too far away from everything you need. 
The staff are friendly and very helpful.
I like it that you can ask the reception to clean your room and not get disturbed everyday day.

I have lost count of how many Premier Inns I've stayed in across the country, over the years, for business and pleasure. And yet, this one at Poole North is consistently the friendliest. Thank you Sally, Mark and team. 

I love the welcoming and modern feel of the refit too. 

I have been staying at Premier Inn Poole North regularly for over a year, and the consistent quality has been variable. 

However, I want to take this opportunity to commend a particular member of the restaurant bar staff, Punam, who truly stands out.

Having encountered Punam during both New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, I can confidently say she is the embodiment of old-fashioned customer service. Always smiling, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring guests have the best experience, she goes above and beyond in everything she does.

In a time when exceptional customer service feels like a rare commodity, Punam is a shining example of what great hospitality should be. Her talent and dedication deserve recognition, and I sincerely hope Premier Inn values such a remarkable team member. Well done, and Happy New Year.

Can't fault the service more. Special mention to Mark he was on front desk when we checked in and was amazing and patient. Then was at the restaurant when we went for food and made such a fuss of my grandson. And then when having food brought my grandson a brownie and ice cream for his birthday (third) and made a huge fuss of him. Amazing experience and a true credit to you. Thank you Mark.

We visit here frequently and have never been disappointed. 
Good value for us as a family of three. Room is always clean and comfortable. 
Staff are great. 
Mark and Aron in particular go above and beyond and always work so hard! 
Mark remembers us on each visit and it’s great to see him chat not just to us but to our son as well. 

Breakfast is varied and plentiful, meals of an evening are a good standard too. 
No complaints from us.

Nothing seems to much trouble as I have dietary issues and they accommodate my needs ever time we visit which is quite often

Went in to take advantage of kids eat free breakfast. Great food and the kids absolutely loved it. The staff were extremely friendly and really looked after the kids, making their first time in a hotel really special and memorable. Rob in particular went out of his way to chat with my 4 year old who wanted to find out more about hotels!

Great clean and comfy room. The Thyme restaurant was nice. What was brilliant was the service.  The waiter had us in stitches with a bunch of dad jokes. The food was also good.  Breakfast buffet was good and with kids eating for free it is great value. Would stay again. Thank you for a good sleep.

We have stayed now at Premier Inn North Poole twice now, once with my parents to visit my aunt in hospital and the second time with my parents, my brother, and my eldest son, unfortunately to attend my aunts funeral, but also meet up with extended family. We stayed two nights both times and cannot fault the rooms, the comfortable beds, the amazing showers and the on-site restaurant. Special mention to to the lady on reception who recognised us from our first visit and Rob in the restaurant who was always attentive and helpful and managed to get the chef to cook exceptional poached eggs for me each morning. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend others to do so. Also only a five minute drive to the centre of Poole. I’m sure we’ll be back one day in the summer. Thanks to everyone.

Really helpful reception staff.. Connor has been very cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. 
So nice to have someone saying hello and being pleasant when you return back to the hotel at the end of the day.

Special Talented Staff Member

Having just spent the night at this hotel, I can honestly say that my our stay was very good. 

The reason for only 4 rating is that when we checked in there was no one at the checking in desk on our arrival and 2 of the checking in pods were not working, we tried checking in on the one that was and it was not accepting our booking.  Eventually. receptionist appeared and check us in.  

Have to say the room itself was really clean along with the bathroom, bed comfy and had a reasonable nights sleep.  

We didn't pre-book breakfast but decided to have the buffet and at 10.99 per head was exceptionally good value.  The buffet was fully stocked with hot and cold food and replenished frequently.  the breakfast items were of good quality and the staff were very accommodating. 

Had an enjoyable stay at the premier inn and if every in the area again I wouldn't hesitate to re book.

We usually choose Premier Inn because you know you will get a good level of quality and comfort but this is the best one we have ever stayed in. Although very busy, the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Large, very comfortable bed in a spotlessly clean and spacious room. We dined in the restaurant and the food was beautifully presented and prepared. Continental and cooked breakfast offered.  The meal deal is excellent value.

We choose Premier Inns because you are assured of a good level of quality and comfort, but this one was the best we have ever stayed in. Although the staff were 'run off their feet', they were attentive, friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Large very comfortable bed in a spotless and spacious room. We dined in the restaurant and the food was very good - well designed and prepared. Full continental and cooked breakfast offered. The meal deal (set price for dinner and breakfast) is excellent value. Plenty of safe parking on site.

Hotel was good . Food ok. Room way nice and clean. The manager was very helpful with the new log in machine. we put our reg for our car loged for 3 night which we have used the machine many times in the past a we now reserved a parking fine are they scaming there customer we are very disappointed
