Hotel Indigo London - 1 Leicester Square by IHG

This was out third visit to the Indigo Leicester Square, We arrived early, at noon on the day of our check in, damp from the rain. Expecting to just leave our bags as it was three hours prior to check in time but were pleasantly surprised to be told that our room was not only ready but that we had been ungraded to a large room with a window. Please note that some room do not have windows at this hotel. Our room was spacious and bright and very clean. We had a queen bed with both soft and hard pillows to choose from. Nice touch was the mini fridge to keep beverages in. The tea and coffee station included a good selection of teas as well a biscuits and bottled water. The bathroom was compact with lots of towels and complimentary toiletries. There we no bath robes, however you could request them if you so desired. I love the Rooftop Restaurant and Bar, the view never gets boring! We had breakfast included in our room rate. I love the breakfast here. There is a nice selection of continental items, baked goods, meats, cheeses, cereals, yogurts, and fresh fruit to start. We stayed three nights, I had the Smashed Avocado Toast, the Full English Breakfast and the Cheese Omelette, all of which were great! One night we also went for drinks, which for us in nothing fancy just bottled beer. The ambience at night is quiet in a good way and again that view! Every member of staff we encountered made us feel welcome and could not do enough for us. Thanks again Hotel Indigo Leicester Square, we will most definitely be back!
