Very clean and comfortable hotel, just what we were looking for a night. Friendly and fast check in. Very conveniently located. The attached Chef & Brewer bar and restaurant is a lovely place to have a drink and meal. Would definitely stay at this hotel again

Very clean hotel, a little older than others I’ve stayed in but couldn’t fault the bed. The bathroom again is on the older side however sparkling clean. 
Great customer service on check in, Andy especially was very helpful.

I rated it 5+ ⭐s because when my partner and myself entered the building we were welcomed by a lovely lady named Sarah. She welcomed us both with a lovely smile and I would recommend this Premier Inn to any of my friends and family to stay here. We have stayed twice and the rooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming 

We stayed here over a weekend for a family members wedding. The hotel was very accommodating and in a small town with a great walking route for when we had some time to kill (we aren’t ones for sitting around)

The staff were very kind and attentive, we could tell they were busy but they always took their time to have a chat to us when we walked past them or said good morning.

The rooms themselves are a little old compared to other premier inns I have stayed in but couldn’t not fault the cleanliness of the place.

5 stars all around and I have recommended it to my friends as a little place to go for my friends for when they go to the flower show in the summer as it is in the centre of many different city’s and towns

The service is always excellent and the rooms are always extremely clean. Nothing is too much for all the staff here. Don't know them all by name. Mary has been extremely helpful providing me with an additional heater when it was very cold.

Wonderful welcome, making sure that I had everything I wanted and thoroughly looking after me. I visit at least every month for a week at a time sometimes. 

I like one particular room which is a little bit out of the way and quiet. The staff are always willing to take this into consideration.  Thank you so much. 

 I do a lot of travelling both for pleasure and business and although the Premier Inn is quite different in its purpose and value to many hotel the staff here are way better than any other I have met. Thank you all so very much. You make travelling on my own much more friendly.

Staff were super friendly made sure we was all happy and had everything we needed in our room! I felt they couldn’t be more accommodating will definitely be returning when we are in the area again. Thanks for making a hotel stay a pleasurable one! ☺️

I had 4 rooms booked for family for the weekend ( Fri-Sat : 25-27th Aug ) for a wedding which was local.  Everyonel commented on how friendly the staff were in the hotel and in the pub for food ( excellent breakfast). Rooms were very clean and my elderly mum had an ajoining room with my niece and her family that had an access door between the 2 rooms - thanks you ! 

We are a family of four who stayed here for one night as we were attending a wedding locally. It was clean, comfortable and we had a lovely breakfast in the adjoining pub. There was also plenty of parking available. It was perfect for our short stay. The staff went above and beyond to enable us to check in early before the wedding. I would recommend this hotel. 

We stayed at this hotel prior to attending a wedding at Nunsmere Hall so choose the premier inn due to its location to the event.
On arrival the staff were extremely pleasant and because of all our luggage asked if we were going to an event. We chatted about this and they said if we needed anything at all to ask them!
The rooms were comfortable and we ate breakfast and evening meal at the pub next door which had a good choice and great value!
I would definitely recommend this hotel and return again if going to Nunsmere Hall.

Hotel was very good - Premier Inns are always consistent quality in my experience. Beds always comfortable and could book a family room two days before the trip. It was a bit pricey at £127 for 1 night though.

Stayed here for two nights in feb 23,  originally booked for 3 nights but had to change to 2 nights  -  the hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and efficient . The restaurant and food were great and breakfast spot on. Great staff in restaurant as well. Mary was especially helpful and efficient when processing a refund after some initial confusion whilst checking in. Defo be back and recommend.

Business Trip

Hotel is nice. Staff are super friendly. Bathrooms could do with a make over. Shower curtain was useless with most of the water ending up on the floor. No wifi or phone signal in the restaurant which was a nightmare for working whilst eating. Hotel bed was super comfortable but the stairs going too the 1st floor was super noisy. Funny really as the sign up the top of the stairs on the door recommends you be respectful too your neighbours! Too late I’ve woken them using your stairs. 6am delivery on the Wednesday or Thursday didn’t wake me but it would’ve woken others as it was super loud. This was the lorry driver but still, not great but i was up. Valve for money was great. Room was clean and pleasant. Bit tight with the sugar but grabbed some more from down stairs. I’d stay here again no problem. Just beware that your turning into the premier inn whilst on a busy 50mph road and it’s a bit blind, on a slight left corner and downhill so plenty of signal too road users behind you is needed.
