My sister recently got married here and we had a wonderful two day stay. We had a family room with a double bed, pull out for my youngest and a cot for the baby (we brought our own cot as there was an extra charge for this). The room was spacious, clean and had enough room for us all. The bathroom had a bath and a walk in shower. The own issue we had was no air conditioning. They did provide a fan in the room however it was blowing warm air around and with two kids in the summer heat this wasn’t the best. We were advised to close windows once the night came due to bugs and moths getting in the rooms with it being in such an open country area. The hotel its self was lovely. Clean and the bar area was lovely and relaxed. The ground are beautiful which we got to enjoy more on the wedding day. The staff were lovely and friendly. The lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful. One staff member Alice was amazing. She kept all our bridal party and wedding guests aware of what’s happening during the day and was supper helpful to me during the wedding ceremony with my baby and needing help with his bottles etc. The food was beautiful the snacks we got from the bar nice but the food during the wedding day was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast the next day was perfect full English and help yourself to the continental.
