After having a very stressful day, we arrived late at night and were quickly checked in and accommodated by both Becca and Rasool. Thank you both so much for all of your help, we really appreciate it!! Lovely and clean rooms, with a great value breakfast

Excellent clean accommodation with friendly & helpful staff. Special thanks to Becky, Cameron & housekeeping for their kind help in returning my kindle which I had left behind. Exceptional customer service - thank you. A very comfortable stay at this premier inn.

A wonderful Easter break to see family. I would highly recommend this hotel. Super friendly staff and great quality for money. I travelled with my 2 children and was asked to call reception if I required assistance or help, kind gestures are appreciated. 

Stayed here for nearly a month on and off for work purposes.. staff really friendly and helpful.. one week I was late booked into the hotel so was in a disabled friendly room which wasn’t a problem but as soon as a prem plus room came available that I was originally booked for the ladies made me aware and then accommodated me..

Location was perfect for shopping at Bicester village 15 min walk nice clean hotel friendly staff
Good brewers fayre restaurant and Chinese restaurant very close  by.great soundproofing so very quiet  nice comfy bed 


 Bed as usual was comfy and warm
Premier plus room was lovely and chocolate and water was nice
Could have had a bath in the room but shower was lovely 
Wasn’t keen on brewers fayre
Reception was welcoming and friendly even though she was on her own she was lovely.


Stayed here a few weeks ago with my partner as we had travelled up for a family party. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom spotless, the staff were very friendly and the bed was soooooo comfy!!! 
Highly recommend even if its just s hopping trip, or stopping somewhere in the interim.

A perfectly fine stay - all clean, comfy bed, excellent shower, everything as should be expected. Parking is easy, just outside, with excellent food options (not the Brewers) only a short walk away. Directly opposite Bicester Village and Tesco, on the edge of town with east access to M40.

The room was great, I booked one of the Premier Plus Rooms, this was very clean, coffee machine, larger room, air con, wifi, plenty of sockets AND a stool by the vanity mirror, this was a big plus for me. On check in Siouxanne and Steph were both polite and informative and said that they would be available for any of our needs. 2 very lovely ladies

Lovely hotel in a good area. Always greeted with with a beaming smile from Siouzanne and Becky. They are also very fast at checking you in unlike some hotels I have stayed at. Clean rooms and decent size teles. Highly Recommend !

Recommend and would come back

Ellie and Siouzanne were really funny, helpful and knowledgeable about the local facilities and places to eat.
Parking is a challenge, as it's limited and/or it's possibly sharing parking spaces with the Brewars Fayre and Pure Gym.
The double bedrooms, as you expect from a Premier Inn, spacious, cosy and inviting.

Easy and great place to stay near Bicester Shopping Village

Lovely clean hotel

Premier Inn Bicester - Very nice, comfortable, spacious. The breakfast in the morning never changes, and shouldn't, it's that good! I'm a regular visitor to the town (I help run a Sunday league football club in the area called FC Whitelands on Instagram handle fcwhitelands and will deffo be coming back! Big thanks to Ellie, Becky, all housekeepers and FOH, you've made this a pleasure :)

We stayed here to visits friends for a long weekend. The hotel was nice and clean staff friendly. 
Only a minor niggle that the air conditioner kept switching itself off. So had to switch on again as I was woken by being hot. 
The brewers Fayre provides a good breakfast. 

Trip to see friends

Stayed here several times over the last 10 years. Still good but I have a feeling it is a little tired in places. The carpets and bathrooms are examples.
Avoid Brewers Fayre, the food is awful but alternatives are now available close by in the newly built plaza.
