This niche restaurant claims to be the oldest in the world and it may well be true. The single table for just six diners is located in a natural cave in the mountain side. It has been carefully modernised so the charm has not been lost. The owners cook and serve the food and take a justifiable pride in what they have achieved. This is not a cheap evening out, but it is a most memorable one and the food and ambiance are worth the price. You will need to book well in advance due to the justified popularity of this experience with those in the know. Parking is easy. It used to be a single room hotel as well but now concentrates on the dining.
