We just checked out after a lovely week in this hotel. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the nearby hospital, as we visited someone there, twice daily. The hotel was very clean, our bed and towels were done everyday. The included breakfast was ample and fresh. The staff were all so friendly especially the man in the breakfast room and the blonde lady at reception who we spoke to a number of times. The downstairs pool which was a great way of relaxing after sometimes a difficult day. It is served by a network of regular buses right outside the door and connecting trams around the city. The bory mall is within easy reach on the 21 bus which comes every few minutes. Overall a great experience, we are coming back in a couple of weeks and we booked a different hotel. But are sorry we can't stay in this hotel as it exceeded our needs. P.s. we tried cancelling the other hotel but couldn't.
