Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport. A photo of the passport will be required at the time of booking.
Check-in is contactless.
Early check-in and late check-out are available by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
For arrivals between 09:00 PM and 08:00 AM, payment for the entire stay must be made by 21:00 on the day of arrival.
Requests are accepted from 08:00 AM to 09:00 PM on weekdays and from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM on weekends.
Pets are not allowed.
The prepayment for the booking is non-refundable.
The deposit is returned on the day of departure after cleaning and provided that all rules are followed: cleanliness is maintained, there is no damage, the number of guests is respected, fire safety requirements are met, quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM are observed, and smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
Parking in the area is free from 08:00 PM to 08:00 AM.
Upon request and at an additional cost: a high chair, potty, and travel crib are available.
