Firstly, I went there to ask for a double room, the guy at the reception told me he only had the more expensive rooms so when I said I was leaving he came up with an available double room, cool. I didn't wanted to go farther so I took it but I realised it was difficult to sleep there because it was on ground floor in front of the reception, there were people coming in and talking all night considerably bright light, and the phone ringing (they didn't even answer the phone, the let it ring for minutes at a time!). So I left the room the next morning but got another room, this time they just said okay and I took another room with which I was happy with, but next morning I got asked by the receptionist to leave the room because they wanted to do some work in it (I said ok but I shouldn't) because they changed me to another room which was in front of a main road, impossible to sleep. I regretted doing them the favour to move rooms and told him that in was not possible to sleep that I needed another room (the place was half empty by the way), they said it was okay so I took another room, however I heard how she called one of the cleaning staff and told her to tell me something, she then came up immediately to my room to tell me that it was the last time I was gonna rent another room I should stay in that one there or go away (they don't even want clients?) of course I told her I changed because they asked me the favour of letting them make repairs on my room during my stay, she didn't listen/comprehend (note that I'm a native Spanish speaker). I was kind for all this time, being really courteous just because I am educated that way, but these people were very rude all the time. Finally the housekeeper came to my room again with a towel, and she ranted me about not leaving them dirty or she will charge me for the towels, I just said ok and left the day after. Moreover, the room was priced lower in a sign in the door, when I told this to the guy in reception he didn't wanted to give me my money back, he started to argue in a pedantic way that the prices advertised not always are the real prices I should pay more attention. I just stopped his speech saying thanks and left. Too much, so I'm not coming back, it was a mistake to stay there for too long but I didn't wanted to waste time looking for more hotels and this one was cheap. (ah, last room had cockroaches, but yeah I've been told I will not be allowed to rent another room haha)

Apathetic, rude, and unprofessional staff. (Too much noise in most rooms)

We chose this place as we wanted to park our car in parking garage. The guy at reception gave pretty poor instructions which meant us being having to go round the block twice in traffic that was pretty deadlocked. I paid up front and asked for a receipt and was told it would take a while to sort out (?). A couple of hours later after a further 2 requests, I received receipt. Our room was on ground floor by courtyard, which meant you heard all people coming in/going out and anyone loud in their room (at about 3 in the morning there was a woman having very loud sex for quite a while). The door did not feel very secure so we were worried about our stuff and in fact moved the table to block the door when we went to sleep. Only positive thing I can say was that it was clean and location was very good. Near main square and also great ceramic shop (taller uriarte).
