The location of this hotel is great as it is just across the road from a huge train station. The welcome at the hotel was great with cases being taken to our room by the porter. The reception staff were friendly and explained everything fully. The upgraded room i organised before we got there was ready and was an excellent choice to upgrade to a city view room, you will not be disappointed. The rooms and bathrooms have absolutely everything you could need so we were able to pack a lighter bag for this trip. The hotel was good value for money and we made use of the convenience store on the ground floor for the fantastic egg sandwiches everyone raves about. The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom and it was very quiet . the staff were all so helpful and I loved the robot in the restaurant. The only thing for us was the opening time of the restaurant for breakfast and the queue left us rushing around and only being able to grab a quick croissant and coffee on the first day. The second day we had plenty of time but did not find much we liked to eat, but this was personal preference. We would definitely go to this hotel again. 5* from us.
