We reserved the hotel as our first hotel in vacation in Japan. We failed to catch the flight in the morning and have to reschedule the flight and would arrive in Japan in the night. We worry to contact the hotel with the app to tell them we would be late to arrive the hotel. But they were very friendly to tell us they would wait us until the midnight. This helped us a lot and we were very thankful. This hotel we have booked for two times, The hot springs in the ground floor is our favorite place. The breakfast is simple but very delicious. The staffs are all very friendly. Thank you for your help and let our have a good beginning of the Japan vacation though our flight was delayed.
