260 reviewsThis hotel is up a mountain overlooking the town, and as such the view is absolutely stunning. It has a beautiful terrace, the cable car passes just above and to your left you can see the Dolomites. We arrived at night during Christmas market season, and so seeing Bolzano all lit up below was amazing, but nothing compared to the view that greeted us in the morning. The staff were very courteous and helpful, the hotel was the perfect temperature throughout in my opinion. We only ate breakfast there which was good, with great coffee, local breads and meats and fresh juice. There is a lovely walk down to Bolzano which took us around 20 mins. At night we used the taxi rank at the station to get back up to the hotel, and you can take the hotel shuttle down to the station in the morning. We didn't travel with our children, but the play area on the first floor is a nice addition for families. We have decided to come back next year already!
