Ikos Dassia All Inclusive Hotel

It’s been a few months since we returned home, but the memories of our stay at Ikos Dassia are still very fresh — and very special. As a family with now adult children, we truly value holidays that allow us to make lasting memories together, and our visit to celebrate the 10th anniversary of our first IKOS holiday could not have been more perfect. From the very top down, the genuine care and concern shown for guests’ wellbeing was clear in every interaction. Despite the resort operating at full capacity, the hotel maintained its calm, oasis-like atmosphere throughout our stay — a real credit to the team’s professionalism and attention to detail. We originally booked a last-minute promo room, and were delighted to be upgraded to Deluxe partway through our visit. This gave us the unique opportunity to compare the two levels and truly appreciate the additional value and refinement offered within the Deluxe experience. Kira who arranged the upgrade even came to find us personally to explain the process — a wonderful gesture that typifies the thoughtfulness of the team. A few individuals deserve particular mention. Aleksandra at Flavours, who looked after the egg station each morning, was a delight — personable and a character always ensuring guests started the day with a smile. And Fatimi at the Adults-Only Sky Pool provided exceptional service. Having had a somewhat disappointing experience at Odisia in 2023, our visit to Dassia has fully restored our faith in the Ikos brand. It really highlights the additional value and seamless quality found in the more established resorts, where everything runs with such harmony and maturity.liday.
