14 reviewsA good option to stay in Wuzhen. It's outside the scenic areas, but only about 5 minutes walk away from the East side and less than 10 minutes from the West side. The hotel was a bit difficult to find as there isn't a street sign for the road, and the map from booking.com showed the location on the wrong side of the road. If you're coming from the bus station, cross the bridge over the river and go down to the left-side lane next to the bridge. Only 183 RMB a night for the deluxe room on the 3rd (2nd) floor, which was lovely. Very nicely furnished. Brand new modern ensuite bathroom with powerful shower, large four poster bed, and sitting area for tea. Quiet aircon, tv, tea making facility. Very very clean. Wifi was free and fairly fast. Noise from the road was noticeable when the town gets moving around 6am, but it was fine. A family run hotel. The couple didn't speak any English at all, but we got by with our minimal Chinese, some hand gestures & pointing at our phrase book. They were friendly, and gave us a lift back to the bus station upon checking out. No breakfast as far as we could tell, but there are plenty of food stalls and shops in the vicinity. Would stay here again.
