We spent 8 nights for a ski holiday during Xmas. The location is 50m walking from the slope and easy access to Main Street via shuttle (open til mid night). There is a full function kitchen with dishwasher. The room is smartly designed and spotless. Owner Marita is very nice and helpful. Everything is perfect!

Solden is perfect location for ski and Haus Emil is perfect location for vacation. Excellent staff,  best service, very good rooms, clean. Breakfast was as we expected.  Nearest to ski slope.      
We wait to come back again, maybe in summer time.

apatrment is well equipt, even dishwasher in the kitchen available, change of towels present in the middle of the week, location perfect - 30 meters from ski slope.

Haus Emil is located on a hill upon the town Solden, so we had a beautiful view off the mountains. If you would like to take a shortcut to the village you can take a short cable car located near the Haus Emil, which drives from the town to the hill and back. It is free of charge for anyone!!!

We spent 7 days in the big holiday apartment for 6 people in summer 2016. It is a very comfortable, clean, spacious and modern furnished apartment with 3 bathrooms and with fully-equipped kitchen just like in the pictures on the web page of Haus Emil. We spent a great holiday there. Everything was perfect. Free internet works perfect.

There are many outdoor activities in Solden and Otztal also in summer such as beautiful hiking trails, water parks and many cable cars opened in summer, too. We had the Premium Otztal card which was included in the price of our accommodation. You can visit with this card the water parks, take the cable cars and many other activities free of charge. 

The owners of the house are very friendly, nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and I can only recommend this house for a pleasant family holiday in summer and also in winter.

House is very well maintained by the owners who are very friendly and also pretty flexible (e.g. late arrival). Rooms are clean and nicely refurbished - probably a little small, however the big balcony looking at the stunning mountains compansates for that. Location is perfect for skiers as it is practically on the slope. It is approx. 10 minutes walk to the village.

Breakfast is OK. There is not a lot of choice, however everything is fresh and everyday you get different types of ham, salami and cheese. The rolls are delicious. Service is fair and kind.
