Located next to the upscale Guemes and Olavarria streets and the new mall on the former bus station, the hotel is on a quiet upper class neigborhood and is 200 meters from a Disco supermarket and 400 meters from the select Playa Varese. It is 50 years old on a nice mansion but well kept, elegant and comfortable. Parking and breakfast are included. Prices are moderate. All rooms have tv, Air conditioning and heater and are quiet.
