It is rare to see a hotel leader so personally engaged with guests—welcoming arrivals at the front desk and saying goodbye on departure, greeting diners at breakfast, ensuring everyone is comfortably seated, and even serving coffee with a warm smile. His leadership by example creates an atmosphere of genuine care that permeates every corner of the hotel. Equally memorable is Fernando at the front desk, who combines consummate professionalism with a delightful sense of humor. Whether assisting with directions, offering thoughtful local recommendations, or simply brightening the day with a kind word, Fernando exemplifies the kind of front-line hospitality that leaves a lasting impression. Suites Plaza Andorra may not dazzle with over-the-top opulence, but it excels in what matters most: people. Mr. Boutaleb's team’s dedication transforms the guest experience into something personal, welcoming, and truly memorable. Our 11-year daughter certainly remembers the smiles, care, and three bottles or water and a pack of chewing gum as a token of appreciation on departure.
