The gentleman working the front desk was amazing ! He let us park early (3 hours early ) and let us use the paddle board and bikes before we even were officially checked in

Great time here. Close to beach. Staff were wonderful.

Perfect location.  Right across the the street from the beach,  a couple a blocks from all the restaurants.  We stayed for the weekend and didnt have to use our car at all.  The room was perfect for 2 people.   Bed was comfortable,   room was very clean.  The beach right across the street was perfect.  No waves,  clear water and the sunset was amazing!!   We will definitely be coming back!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sabel Palms!  Quiet, cozy, and the staff was friendly!   Easy quick access to the beach.   We will be back soon!

Have stayed many times over 5 years. All fabulous,  relaxing trips. Crew feels like family. Comfort is their main focus. Personalized service. Laundry available, walkable every where in the one block long historic village. Sabal provides bikes, sand chairs, towels. It's easy living island life. Super super clean. Older population in this village, not for the wild party thonged bikini clientele. Happily

I loved the cozy adorable room! Close to beach, and loved the place. It is a perfect getaway for 2. I stayed in room#8. Very clean and bed was really nice for sleeping.

My son and I just returned from a 4 night stay in this piece of heaven! We were in room 7. It was perfect for the two of us. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had a large fridge, stove/oven, double sink, microwave, and coffee pot. The bathroom was huge and the beds were comfortable. The AC was able to keep the room cool and the ceiling fan was a perfect touch!! The grounds are beautiful in the seating/grilling area. The pool is more like a hot tub— but we enjoyed being able to use a shower to shower off after a day at the beach. I liked that a parking pass was included that allowed us to park. The staff was very friendly and the location is across the street from the beach, yet felt secluded and quiet. I look forward to visiting again!!

The hotel is across the street from beach Every1 was peaceful & friendly, housekeeping came early Small spa/pool, beach chairs, gas grill, cozy, stayed 6days wit 10 yr old. No complaints I thought it was beautiful

Wonderful stay

6th time staying here, best ever. Appreciate the staff and service, always accommodating. Room was clean and recently remodeled, new room decor and accents were nicely done. Hotel is directly across the street from the beach and blocks away from restaurants, bars and shopping.  Hotel has bicycles and beach chairs available for use. The couple that manages the hotel are always accommodating and hospitable. We’ll be back in January. 😀

Labor Day Vacation

We are seniors who live in St. Petersburg.  We LOVE the beach.  Twice we have stayed at this property.  Fell in love with it the first time :)  It is small, clean, beautifully appointed and comfortable.  With small kitchenettes, it is simply perfect.  Right across from one of the most beautiful beaches in Pinellas County.  THe staff is superb.  The owners have bikes and even beach chairs for your use!!!!!!!  Affordably priced, it is simply a wonderful spot to relax!

THE Perfect Get A Way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Loved this hotel. We did have the room with low ceilings but it didn’t bother me because I’m only 5’3- for the first time I could touch the ceiling lol! My significant other was 6’2 and didn’t have to walk bent over. He fit! He did have to watch his head in a couple places- but we knew what to expect- not all of the rooms are like this.

The pool was great, beach was close, restaurants within walking distance. Such a quiet and clean place. I hope we are able to come back!

Perfect for a quick get away!

I am a local and wanted to get away from the inland for a while for some relaxation, and to focus on some reading and writing I was doing. I’ve always loved Pass-a-Grille for its exclusivity and privacy. It’s much less crowded in comparison to St Pete Beach or Treasure Island. My time there was very relaxing and the staff was wonderful. They were attentive and courteous which I appreciated. The room, pool, and grounds were clean and well maintained. One of the amenities provided was a beach bike for some exercise and sight seeing.  There was also a grill outside to use and I was fortunate enough to meet some friendly guests to chat with. What a beautiful, scenic getaway!

Accommodation and respect in Paradise

Since our family is located in St Johns Country Florida, Tampa, and Boca Raton, we always select an equi distant gathering location and Sabal Palms Inn on Pass A Grill Beach is ideal for our entire group with ages from 9 to 84. Sabal Palms and the locale offers both a small oasis directly across from the beach and a short pleasant walk into the quaint village of shops, restaurants and bars.

The winter weather is usually more than pleasant ranging from balmy to only chilly which offers some small taste of winter but only a taste.

The Sabal Palms Inn's Staff have been there for several years and are really outstanding in their approach to accommodating your every need to enjoy your stay. The Inn is a small boutique - style inn - not too small and certainly not to large. The rooms are completely furnished with any item needed for a nice beach getaway.

We held our annual Family Thanksgiving get together at Sabal Palms again this year.

We loved our visit at the Sabal Palms. 
When we looked out our window or opened our front door we saw the gulf and the walk to the beach was right across the street. I believe our room was 2B. Everyone that works at the Palms is very helpful and friendly. Service is fantastic and your room gets made each day (unlike most hotel chains these days). 
I would visit again!

Great room for view of beach.

This was our 14th trip to Pass- a-Grill and Sable Palms.  Again, perfect.  If you are looking for a hotel room with the standard accoutrements that can be found in any town or city, this is not the place for you.  If you are looking for old, authentic beachfront Florida, this is the place. The view is spectacular, right across a quiet road from the beach.  The staff are genuinely friendly and go over and above to accommodate your requests.  The room and grounds are immaculate under the watchful care of Emidgio and the rest of the housekeeping staff.  The bed is comfortable and the full kitchen allows preparation of all meals.  If you prefer to eat out, there are half a dozen great restaurants within a two-block radius.  We're looking forward to trip # 15 soon.
