Homewood Suites by Hilton Carle Place - Garden City, NY

I stayed at Homewood Suites Carle Place a few times, and every visit is just as excellent as the last. The service is consistently top-notch, with courteous and considerate staff who go out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are always clean and well-appointed, featuring modern decor and no carpet, which is a great touch. The beds are incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. One upgrade I’d love to see in the future is an update to the stovetops. The current coil burners are outdated, with the usual deformation that makes cooking a bit frustrating. A modern stove/oven or induction cooktop—depending on the room type—would be a fantastic improvement. The staff here is phenomenal, and I want to give special recognition to some standout team members: * Joseph is absolutely amazing—brilliant, kind, and always goes above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Management should definitely recognize and reward his efforts! * Kenny is fantastic and ensures my stays are always enjoyable. * Kaylah is incredibly welcoming, always sending a friendly text message when I arrive, and has a great personality that brightens the experience. * Kilee did an outstanding job whenever I needed assistance and deserves recognition for her excellent service. There are a few others I see regularly but don’t know their names—so a big thank you to the entire team for making each visit memorable!
