Just stayed one night as was going a road trip through mid wales.
Everything required was in place was very well looked after, had bubbly in the beautiful garden in the evening, very relaxed. Breakfast was excellent.

We only stayed for 1 night early in July 2016 as part of a mini tour of Snowdonia. The host (Kath) was very welcoming,even provided freshly cooked scones which were yummy!..with butter and jam. Room was clean and airy. Breakfast was a delight with plenty on offer and served up fresh and hot. We found a number of good dining options in the locality for an evening meal. Bed was slightly firmer than we are used to but overall excellent value.

We stayed one night while walking along the Llangollen Canal.  Our room was comfortable and our welcome from Kath was great, accompanied by freshly made scones, etc.  Kath was unable to cook our pre-arranged evening meal but kindly took us into a local venue and picked us up too - thank you, Kath.  Our breakfast was tasty and plentiful.  The only downside was that the bathroom wasn't too clean - it was large, not ensuite but adjacent to our room and there was no-one else on our floor.

Kath was a good host who made efforts to meet our needs.  This was typified by her making a special trip to return to us a pair of glasses which had been left behind.

Breakfast was fine, although nothing more than could be expected at a B&B.  A couple of minor things needed attention: heating seemed to go off rather early, and there was no shaver point in the  
private bathroom we had next to our room.

I thought the price was a bit high with no concession for two rooms over two nights.



This is a very good B&B indeed.  Kath is a wonderful hostess who makes her guests feel extremely welcome in her home.  We had the top floor room, with adjacent private bathroom and nice views over surrounding farmland.  The room was light and airy and the bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was a delight; Kath makes immaculate scrambled eggs and clearly has an excellent local butcher as the sausages were some of the best I've had.
