I have just returned from a short stay here the bungalow was very nice clean tidy and fresh. And u could hear a pin drop plenty of picnic tables on the grounds and what a perfect location as well for wachet and willton and a great base if your a sea fisherman as well great for every one from a fisherman to a family as there is a farm park and play barn across the road with a farm shop and cafe restaurant to farm animals.The host Vanessa was very friendly and helpful/polite. The bungalow itself could do with a bit of a update to the lounge and kitchen but it was clean and tidy and very nice maybe a fresh coat of paint as well but apart from that it was very nice and in a great location to all amenities locally would I stay here again or recommend it to others absolutely 100% yes I would me and my cousin enjoyed our stay and thank u to the host Vanessa. I would highly recommend this place see u next time.

I have just returned from a short stay here as it is very handy for Watchet and Sea Fishing. Lovely clean accommodation, the perfect location and quiet enough to here a "pin drop".
However, they are a little dated cosmetically, but that was not a problem for us. The Beds were nice and comfortable with very clean bedding and towels.
The seating in the lounge could do with an upgrade, but each Bungalow is very well equipped with utensils etc.
The host was very polite and friendly when we chatted with her, the grounds are very well maintained too. There are Plenty of Bench-Tables dotted around the grounds to sit out and enjoy the sunshine.
Free Wi-Fi service that actually works very well, unlike a lot of other places I've stayed at.
All things considered, I have to say that it was a very pleasant and peacefull stay, would I recommend it to others/would I stay here again?

The perfect location/base for all Sea Anglers...
If travelling with Children there is also a Farm Park with various Animals across the road where you can while away an hour or two. They also have a quaint little Bistro to the rear of the Farm Shop, I can highly recommend it...

This was our 3rd time at court farm bungalows, and it never lets us down.Great comfortable bungalow and great value for money.All bedding was clean and fresh and every room was spotless.The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome , we will be back next year and would highly recommend to all our friends and family.


We stayed in the Bungalows on a business trip. They were clean, the beds were comfy, they were right next to the beach and despite being told to bring about £10 for the electricity meter for our stay, we only used £3 and that included a load of showers, cooking breakfast, our lunches and teas and evenings spent in the living room with the TV on. 

We’d absolutely stay here again - I’d return with my partner. 

Thank you for our lovely stay, really cosy place to stay. Clean and conformable. Lots of oil filled radiators so it's warm too. Will definitely be staying again. Only a mile from watchet Town centre and the harbour. The people are really firendly and helpful.

We stayed for 1 night, visiting Watchet, the bungalows are ideal for a few nights stay, spent most of our time in Watchet. Taxi back was £4, very comfortable bed. Owners, lovely, went to the trouble of contacting me and returning my earphones we had left,thank you. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely pleasant stay at court farm bungalows with 3 people plus a baby. When we arrived the bungalow was lovely and warm already heated for our arrival.  We stopped in bungalow number 5. The bungalow had been cleaned and was spotless. The only down fall was the bathroom did not have a proper shower only a rubber attchment. You will need £1 coins for the meter but it was no bother and wasnt expensive. We only put about £11 in and the heating was left on to keep it warm because of our granddaughter being so small, for the whole of our stay which was 4 nights. You need to take ur own bath towels with you as they do not provide these.  The tv is very small but I knew this already from the pictures.  Across the road there is a farm where you can take the kids and it is free to get in, all you pay for is the food to feed the animals which is 50pence if you want it.  The farm also has a small shop and an eating place with plenty of seating. Also there is a softplay area over the road at £4 per child under 10s. There is also a steam train station just down the road. And couple of pubs for eating out

These little chalets are great value for money. Clean and comfortable although need a bit of updating. Bathroom really needs a shower. However all other amenities you would require are here. I came on public transport. You need to be prepared for there being no shops or anything nearby. Watchet is a mile's walk or there is a free community bus service from right outside the farm. Runs 3 times per day. The electricity runs on a meter but £5 easily lasted my 3 nights. Heating was perfectly fine and they tell you in advance that it might be a bit cold. Some of the negative reviews seem really unfair. It's a great place and very good value.

Had a lovely stay. The accommodation was basic but perfectly suitable for our stay. Beach only a stones throw away and owners were very obliging with doggy towels. We will definitely stay again. 💕Rafferty thoroughly enjoyed his stay too. 🐾

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is fab, with access to the beach and Doniford Halt station for the steam railway just a short walk down the road.  The views were superb.  

We stayed in no 3 and although the website advises that you can see the steam railway from here, we didn’t see one train during our stay but we didn’t mind. 

There are other reviews that mention the accommodation is dated and this is quite true.  However it’s very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. 

No 3 is to sleep 3.  There is one double room and a single room and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative is that the living space was small and a bit of a squeeze for three.  Having said this, we are the type of people who enjoy exploring and being outdoors so we didn’t stay in the accommodation to be inconvenienced by this anyway. 

Everything is run by electricity, paid for by a meter.  We didn’t mind this at all. The meter took about £3 over two nights and we had baths both nights. 

Tropiquaria Zoo is just down the road and we really enjoyed our visit there.  Torre Cider Farm was also nearby and we would recommend a visit here too.

Cozy, Clean, Comfy - Perfect

Excellent location and lovely hosts

Great location!

I booked to stay here very last minute with my husband, and our 3 year old and 15 month old. It was great for a basic little trip away. Its a tiny little bunglaow, my hubby and 3 year old had the 2 single beds and the smallest one and I had the double bed. The owner made it really easy to check in which landed on the childrens bedtime. She was friendly and got us settled in quickly. The bungalow itself was warm and comfortable and we didnt need any of the heating provisions during our stay. Its in a great location
 So easy off the M5 on the main road going towards watchet and minehead. Its very remote and quiet but equally well connected and easy to get out and about. We went to the farm park across the road for a morning which was lovely. Lovely animals you can feed, really nice shop and restaurant with really good food and a huge lovely soft play. We drove out to wimbleball lake in the afternoon and went for tea in minehead in the evening. Its a really gorgeous part of the contry and theres loads to do round and about. 
Things to note would be: itd be really useful to have a plug bank and a black out blind. Its really bright early in the morning which is rubbish when youre 3 year old is clambering all over your face at 6 in the morning demanding porridge and paw patrol!!!! Also you can only use the kettle/microwave/toaster one at a time. 
With the electricity on a coin meter, the fridge isnt on when you arrive so chill your wine (or whatever you need to fridge) before you arrive. 
The shower temperature was really hard to control. There is a note in the welcome book about using a heated pool in a caravan park locally so i think id pop over there for a swim and a shower, if we were staying longer. 
All in all it was clean quiet and comfortable and fine for a little weekend "off grid"

Perfect for a weekend away

After reading some of the negative reviews I had my reservations about Court Farm, we had already paid a deposit for a 3 night stay starting on the 27th Dec for a 2 bedroom bungalow so had our concerns... We arrived to a very friendly greeting and shown to bungelow no 1 overlooking the garden. Paul had already put some money in the meter and put the heating on for us  we found it to be very clean and did not smell of damp as previous reviews had stated. Our double room was spacious with a very comfy bed and lovely clean fresh smelling bedding. Our son was In a room with two very large comfy single beds. The electric shower was perfect over the bath. Yes the bungalow is basic in living room/kitchen area but adequate  with cooking facilities, fridge, microwave and toaster I can not fault the cleanliness. If I was to make a suggestion it would be  maybe a larger TV then a 14" and a mirror In the double bedroom. The surrounding area is beautiful with the fossil beach close by and watchet steam train. Value for money accomadation and pet friendly
