Couldn't fault this hotel at all. Well thought out room, which included towels on the bed and slippers which I think is a lovely extra. Breakfast was lovely and so were the staff:) We will definitely be back.

A lovely stay

Loved the old building, very friendly and helpful owners, excellent English breakfast, car parking available.  Not far from the town centre.  Comfortable bedroom with tea and coffee. Small bar available.

Weekend Stay

I cannot stress how nice it was to stay here!! I work away a lot and this could not have been a more pleasant experience! The owners and family are some of the nicest people i have ever been welcomed in by. The decor and ambiance has that homely vibe that is so hard to find especially when you have other chain competitors. If you are looking for a home away from home with such lovely owners then this is literally the perfect hotel for you. Will bend over backwards to make your stay special and i just want to thank them again for everything they did for me over me long stay there. I truly felt part of the family!!

Having decided to stay rather than drive home after Longleat Festival of Lights we have this lovely place. 

Eddie and Audrey are so welcoming and it is like staying in s home from home. As Eddie described himself “old, quirky but clean “ add welcoming and you have the hotel.  It may be a bit dated but the customer care is second to none. 

Breakfast was lovely cooked with real pride by Eddie. 

Overnight stay after Longleat

Hilbury Court offers superb value.The booking was made at very short notice directly with the hotel and the rate was better than on any other site. A useful tip  which was given is to  use the hotel's post code for a Satnav  It is set back from the road with a large car park  so it is quiet. A very warm welcome from the owners and their relations which included having luggage carried to the room. The breakfast buffet, which includes hot and cold food, fresh fruit etc is extremely good with a wide variety of choice.  Eggs are cooked to order. Coffee is freshly made, not from a jug which has been sitting on a hot 
plate.

Superb Value

A nice room, spacious, clean, clean, clean bathroom. The lady who welcomed us was very kind and the breakfast was really plentiful and delicious.

Perfect place to stay.

The three days at the Hilbury Court Hotel were very beautiful. The rooms are spacious and very clean, they offer all the comforts. Good mattresses, flat screen, coffee and tea, as well as cupcakes on the room. The bathroom was great, beautiful amateurs, good water pressure. I was particularly impressed by the colourful tuning in each room, from the ceiling, over the curtain, the wallpaper, to the towels, everything fit together. I really enjoyed this English charm. At breakfast, there was nothing missing. Lots of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, jam, honey, and a large selection of English. I am still enthusiastic. A small bar is also served late until the evening and is guaranteed to be full before bedtime.

Lovely atmosphere - nice service

I found this hotel because I wanted a hotel in the center, but not too far from the village! I found the availability of the room and the price was good for me! I was very satisfied, the hotel is run by a very kind husband and wife available and they made me comfortable immediately, the hotel is a rather old Georgian style building, but kept very well and renovated, the bed was always spacious and comfortable and the bathroom with a large shower, I did not enjoy the beautiful garden in the back, but they have a lounge bar with TV and guest room. The breakfast was fantastic!

Lovely Hotel

The hotel is located in a very green area and surrounded by meadows and trees. my room was quite small but with a beautiful view of a wonderful courtyard. in your room you have a thermal with coffee in case you want to drink it. i don't remember the time of check-out but it is before noon, i think at 10.00 a.m. the bathroom is small and without much pressure the shower. the dining room offers rich food and the breakfast quite well.
