Fabulous B&B located in countryside. Warmly greeted by Kim who showed us around and told us about the local area. 
The property is spotless and the bedroom superb, Great choice of complimentary hot drinks, biscuits etc.
Breakfast was impressive, probably the most choice we have ever had, have the full breakfast freshly cooked it’s great. 
If we are back in the area we will certainly stay. Can’t recommend enough.

What a fantastic stay. Great reception from Kim. Such a welcoming lady and extremely helpful. 
Henbere Farm is a beautiful place to stay. Clean and very comfortable. So organised and they respect your space. We went in September on an overcast day but can imagine how lovely it would be in the garden to eat on a sunny day. Our breakfast was delicious  and we felt very relaxed after our night there.

Great location. Very comfortable bed and a large room. Kim went over and above with catering for my husband’s dietary needs. Also Kim did our laundry (what a bonus for a traveller). Kim was a wonderful host, really lovely to chat with. We highly recommend to stay at this farm. ❤️

Hotel sized and serviced room with large comfortable double bed and tea, coffee, biscuits, chocolates. The breakfast, which you ordered the night before, was plentiful, well cooked and presented. The breakfast room also serves as a common room with settee and chairs and we ate our own food in there in the evening. There is a fridge available in this room.  Kim and Tim are very friendly, welcoming hosts and are also busy farmers.   We would recommend this B&B to anyone.

Had a fantastic stay at Henbere Farm bed and breakfast. The whole experience from booking in to checking out was excellent. Kim and Tim are wonderful hosts. The room was very well presented and very clean. The breakfast was superb, probably the best I have had for some time. The bacon and eggs were to die for. Fully recommend.

Second visit and this is an exceptional place to stay. Very hospitable owners Kim and Tim with nothing left to chance where accommodation and Breakfast is concerned. Great country location with views.
 


This was the bed b and b I have ever been to! I could have cried because I was so happy. I visited here for one night with my daughter, they were so interested welcoming, the room was spotless, few little chocolates left for us, shower was lovely and hot and the breakfast in the morning was so lovely we even had a real coffee and granola with fresh fruit! Kim was so lovely and welcoming and made us feel at home. Would 100% go back again

Would highly recommend Henbere Farm B&B, stayed here with my partner, started with a lovely warm welcome from Kim when we first arrived, was made to feel very comfortable within the B&B, had a lovely breakfast with plenty of options to enjoy! Beds very comfy and room was very clean, Would stay here again.

So lovely to be back at Henbere Farm and benefit from Kim's kindness, generous hospitality and delicious fresh breakfasts.  With a lovely view of Devon countryside, my comfortable, clean and spacious room was a great place to have as a base during a week of activity in the area. 

Just spent  5 days at Kim and Tim's wonderful B&B in North Devon the breakfasts were superb, beautifuly cooked and the room met all our needs, with a  superb view over the surrounding countryside,if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing break, I cannot recommend this B&B highly enough 10/10.

Fantastic Stay at Henbere B&B

The best b & b

5* at Henbere Farm

I was lucky enough to stay for a 3 night break at this beautiful B&B in June 2023. I was greeted by Tim and Kim and shown to my ultra comfortable room 
which was spotlessly clean. I had a lovely, comfortable bed with luxurious bedding, and there were so many thoughtful touches in the room like a piece of homemade shortbread and a little bowl of chocolates waiting for me! The bathroom was equipped with all toiletries etc.
Nothing was too much trouble for Kim - breakfast was superb with fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, eggs cooked any way you liked - you name it! Sitting in the breakfast room looking at the delightful garden and the woodpeckers on the bird feeders was the perfect start to the day.
Tim and Kim were warm, friendly hosts and I consider myself lucky to have stayed here.
Thank you so much Tim and Kim for such a lovely stay.

Highly recommended, luxurious B&B

Having spent the last three days staying here i can honestly say it is the best i have stayed in . It is not just as others have said in their reviews its more, Kim has gone the extra mile with all the extras and little details that other b and b's do not offer . The breakfast is first class and again nothing is short or missing , you are well fed and looked after . As hosts they are such a lovely couple who make you feel so very welcome, do not hesitate in booking you will not be disappointed 😊. 

Rest and revive

We stayed at this lovely comfortable B and B twice in April.. Travelling to West Cornwall from Wales always a long journey with traffic problems a regular problem..
We booked to stay on route for a night  to break our journey and were so comfortable that we decided to stay again on the return trip home..
Although in the main house it has a seperate entrance.
Kim was so welcoming and friendly and the room  was a good size & had everything we needed even providing toiletries..The cooked option breakfast which you needed to  pre order was one of the best we have had.. as well as toast, cereal,fruit juices and fruit and yoghurt...
We will no doubt return

Friendly and Comfortable

We stayed at the Henbere B&B overnight on our way to Cornwall, it is set in quiet, beautiful countryside surroundings with only the faint sounds of sheep as they grazed in the fields.
The room was modern, clean and comfortable. There was complimentary  tea and coffee in the room with the added bonus of fresh pastries.
We enjoyed a relaxed evening chat with the host in their cute hobbit grill cabin.
We had a comfortable nights sleep and a hearty cooked breakfast was served to us in the morning, as well as toast and warm croissants with fresh juice, tea or coffee.
We would definitely stay here again with the  idea of exploring the area more.
