Woodland Lakes Lodges

This was our second visit but this time we stayed in a larger cabin the Oak Pet Friendly. We loved it so much we’ve booked another stay for the summer holidays in a similar cabin but with wifi. We thought it would have been busier with it being half term but it was ok actually. The restaurant in the main centre though was swamped and they only had one person serving food - we wouldn’t normally eat there as the standard isn’t great for the price but decided to get a “quick” bite while the kids did the soft play. It took ages to come and when it did it all looked like frozen/microwaved food. The Watermill restaurants further up on site are brilliant though, although they’re not the same company we deffo recommend! All the staff we came across were lovely and the lady behind the desk who helped us book our next stay was really helpful. My son did slime making and axe throwing which he loved, previously we didn’t do any planned activities but would consider doing them again on our next trip. Overall we had a great little holiday for the week and can’t wait to go back.
