came in for a few pints and the lovely gentleman behind the bar was very polite. a nice and quaint pub with multiple flat screen televisions and a small garden area with a flat screen outside too! I will return to this wonderful establishment

We stayed for one night as we were off to a wedding nearby.  Wendy was very helpful and let us book in early so that we would not have to come back during the day.  The pub is an old fashioned one, no food, just the bar and TVs, they have music on Friday and Saturday nights finishing very late.

Everyone was really friendly and welcoming.  There is a lovely garden area at the back for sitting.  Parking is limited and access is a little tight through the arch way.

We really enjoyed our stay even though no breakfast was served there is a Weatherspoons just a few minutes down the road.  

We will certainly return if in the area again.

We stayed here for 1 night on Friday 12th August 2016, as we had a wedding just down the road. The bathroom and room were immaculately clean, the towels were so soft and fluffy, small toiletries provided, tea, coffee,biscuits, two bottles of water. The bedding was crisp and white, hair dryer provided and small tv in room ( we were out so didn't watch ) 
Parking was free and the oweners were kind enough to let us leave the car in the bay once we had checked out, to go and get breakfast and have a look around the town and market, perfect location close to town centre which is lovely.
One draw back if you want an early night, may be that the pub is very lively with a band in the evening and goes on till 12.30pm---1.o'c ish, we were not bothered as we were out till late ourselves, the cars are at the rear of bear garden so may be a problem getting back in, if you needed to take your car out in evening, again we walked as everything is so near so not a problem for us, and the cars are very safe with a high closed gate over night. Free wifi for 30 mins you had to go down in the pub to use and first fill out a form. We could not get wifi in our bedroom. We felt the inn was good value at £75 a night in high season .We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you

We were in search of a hotel purely to accommodate our needs after a wedding reception. The Kings Arms had extremely friendly staff and the room we were allocated was very clean. It could do with a couple of updates such as a lick of paint and as a girl getting ready for a wedding reception, a full length mirror!! We did have a problem in the morning- it was absolutely boiling in our room, there was no fan and the blinds were as closed as we could make them but the sun was still getting in. Apart from that, we had a lovely stay and for the money we paid, it was great value.

I stayed there for one night. It is in the centre of town. Nice rooms, very clean with some parking to the rear of the hotel. Nice bars if you are a bar person and very welcoming and comfortable. They don't serve breakfast, which is a minus and therefore the price is a little high, but you are in the middle of an ancient town on one of Britain's best coastlines so don't be too critical. Nice walks through the town to the quay. Good pub scene, and eateries. Doner kebab officionadoes will appreciate the shop near the hotel (turn left, then right 100 yds.) for a late nigh snack.and huge breakfast available in the local cafe. I'd stay there again. Nice people.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean however was in dire need of a refurb. Dinner in the evening was only available between 6.30pm and 7.30pm. No breakfast available. The hostess tray was very well stocked. Not much parking facilities and was very noisy on quiz night (Thursday). Back to Premier inns for us. Overpriced at £170 for two nights
