Fantastic location in the centre of Knaresborough. Easily accessible for everywhere and with good parking facilities. The staff are so lovely and friendly and were incredibly helpful. They really went over and above and made our stay so easy and enjoyable. The family room we were in (myself and two children) had its own door access and was very clean, comfortable, warm and well-equipped. The hotel is beautifully decorated and in a historic building with all its original features. We all loved it and will definitely be back!
