Generous sized room with the biggest bathroom we have yet encountered after 3 weeks of travelling the UK. Lovely breakfast options too.

Lovely property, great breakfast, a great place to stay and visit outside of Inverness.

Absolutely loved staying here, it was a short walk into town.  Joan made us feel very welcome she has a beautiful b&b.  Rooms were very big and spotlessly clean, ensuite was lovely with free toiletries.  Joan makes a lovely breakfast, nothing is to much trouble for her.  Unfortunately when we arrived we were soaked it had been pouring most of the day typical Scottish weather, Joan very kindly put our coats in her airing cupboard to dry and let us use an umbrella to go back out.  We would have no hestation to stay here again.

Joan was very nice even when we were four hours late booking in.  She was a little bit cross which was understandable.  We stayed two nights and everything was great, lovely and clean, good breakfast but watch those plates they are very hot

What a gem! Joan was a great host, house is very well maintained and clean. Our room was spacious, clean and had an ensuite with a flash new bath. Breakfast, which was included, was awesome. Nothing was a problem and helpful travel hints provided were spot on. Short walk of less than 10 minutes to pubs, restaurants, shops. Highly recommend.

Very friendly helpful host. Joan suggested a walk that she thought that we would like. It was lovely. Room and bathroom exceptionly clean and comfortable. Delicious and filling breakfast.

Great from start to finish! Lovely welcoming e-mail with useful information. Well signposted directions. Terrific, friendly welcome by host, Joan.  Well presented exterior, more than matched by immaculate interior. Breakfast was reported as excellent. Room spacious with a nice view. This is the only B+B I've ever been in where the wardrobe had not only 6 matching coat hangers but 6 matching hangers for trousers or skirts! (Sounds like I watched 4 in a bed!) Really cannot find a negative thing to say. Plus it's within a short walk to centre.

This B&B could win awards for cleanliness.  If you are concerned about that area in the slightest, this place would be at the top of the list for "Cleanest B&B".  The location is also exceptional- less than ten minute walk and you are in the heart of the town.  The breakfast was nice.

However, we were hoping for some really good sleep and a place to enjoy sitting and talking in privacy.  The beds here are the smallest we have experienced and there was nowhere for us to sit and talk.  We felt we were imposing on the host to even ask them a question.  Just keep these factors in mind and perhaps you won't be disappointed.

Immaculately Clean but Not what we were Hoping for

Immaculate in Inverness!

This is a fabulous place.  The host, Joan, is so helpful, giving us advice on transportation, walks, etc.  The room was clean, beautifully decorated and spacious.  The location is great and the walk from the train station was not strenuous for two 70 year olds with roller bags!Other reviews have mentioned the breakfast and we agree…wonderful!I give this place an A+

Couldn't recommend this place more. Joan was amazing from check in to check out, so helpful and friendly. The room (2) was cosy and clean with a lovely bathroom, the breakfast was class too washed down with ground coffee from cafetiere. DO NOT read the bad review what an absolute weapon. Will be back for sure Joan, see you soon.

Magic Culliss House

We got a warm greeting from Joan, who showed us our room, which was small, but clean and tidy, with lots of homely touches. Wi-fi worked well, as did the shower and there’s full sized towels.

You help yourself to the cold Breakfast, which includes cheeses and hoggies. My hot breakfast was perfectly cooked and scrummy.

Joan runs an efficient, friendly B&B at a very reasonable rate. Highly Recommended.

Quality, friendly B&B

We stayed here for 3 nights in September after travelling the NC500 route.  Despite arriving really early our room was ready and we were given a warm welcome by Joan and her husband.  We cannot fault this B&B it was immaculately clean, comfortable room and bed, large bathroom, great breakfast and good location.  Joan was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and advice on local attractions.  Location is good just a short walk into the centre of town, restaurants and castle.  (Medical Centre is good locator when  finding for first time).   We would have no hesitation in recommending.  Thank you for such a comfortable stay.

Great find in Inverness

What an amazing stay! Absolutely beautiful Band B, lovely breakfast and amazing hosts. We wanted to leave our luggage for the day but when Joan found out we were on the night train, she offered to pick us up from our restaurant with our luggage and take us to the station! So kind of her and her husband. Absolutely lovely stay and lovely people. I would return or recommend in a heartbeat.

Really well done B&B, couldn’t find anything to improve really! Simple check in from a friendly host. Room was quality with a great bed and nice furnishings. Shower perfect with shampoo and shower gel provided. A big new bath. Amazing breakfast provided to order and arrived perfectly cooked! Recommend
