A wonderful little cute guest house right by the station and two mins from the High Street and North Beach. Lovely hosts. Highly recommended for a solo traveller.

This was our first time staying in Tenby and Langdon Villa Guest house was very convenient. A ten minute walk (or less) to the town centre, 15 minutes to the North beach and a little longer only to the South Beach. It is two or three minutes walk from the railway station.Friendly hosts. The room was comfortable, it was quiet. All regular facilities including kettle, tea and coffee. Breakfast was very good - we chose dairy free & vegetarian options. I note that the B&B may be stopping doing breakfast next year - as their website says there are many eating places a short walk away. While prices in cafes and restaurants were expensive or relatively expensive, as in most trendy, tourist or city centre places, we found each meal we had was large portions of good quality food. There are also cheaper places if you look around, and shops to buy picnic stuff.Tenby is a very pretty and friendly town with wonderful views (ever changing depending on the weather) and friendly people.We arrived by car and parked at the station car park, which in Summer was £4.25 per day. You have to pay by phone or app which caused quite a lot of confusion. It is a narrow car park with 80 spaces so crowded but usually some spaces free. From 1 October to 31 March it is only £1 per day.

Had a fantastic experience at the Langdon, where we received a lovely welcome upon arrival and exemplary service during our stay.

The room was lovely and clean with a spacious bathroom and plenty of towels. Bed was comfy and there was plenty of tea and coffee facilities available.

Breakfast was superb considering it was included in the price. Would definitely recommend this guesthouse for anyone looking to stay in central Tenby. 

Loved the Langdon

This is by far the best b and b we have ever stayed in. The room was absolutely spotless and very well decorated and appointed . Cleanliness is outstanding. The breakfast was gorgeous and they accommodated my gluten free with no problem at all. A lovely welcome. We will return. Loved our stay . Also conveniently located to town centre and parking just at the bottom of the road. Stunning !

An absolute gem

A massive thanks to Debbie and Graham for making our stay with them welcoming and enjoyable.
Wonderful cosy room, clean and plenty of tea and coffee, a must for us.
Fantastic breakfast as well which set us up for the day.
Highly recommend Langdon Villa, clean and comfortable within a short walking distance of the beach’s and town.
Debbie and Graham are so friendly and gave their time freely to give us advice on best places to visit and eat.
We will be visiting Langdon again for sure.

Ten out of Tenby

Langdon Villa Guest House is a solid 11/10 and I urge anyone considering staying here to definitely do so! Extremely warm welcome from Debbie who couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible! 
We had the double room on the first floor which was modern, bright and absolutely spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable with amenities such as towels, hair dryer and unlimited tea and coffee provided in the room. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a brilliant selection. 
The train station car park at the end of the street is so convenient with only £4.25 a day rate. With less than a 5 minute walk to Tenby harbour/town centre. 
Will definitely be returning here! Thank you for a wondering stay guys!

What a hidden gem!

This was a perfect place to stay for our brief visit to Tenby. Lovely room and gracious hosts, with a delicious full breakfast available. All the amenities you might need, roomy bathroom and shower, multiple outlets, with hairdryer and soaps, etc. Great location, easy walking to downtown shops, restaurants,  and beaches. We followed another reviewer's advice and parked just down the hill in pay lot at train station. Worked well for us.

Perfect comfy room in convenient location!

We stayed at Langdon Villa for four nights at the end of July when our camping holiday went disastrously wrong after our VW T2 classic camper van Chloe let us down and we had to be towed home from Snowdonia. We had planned to explore the Pembrokeshire coast in the van before driving home, so did the next best thing by booking the guest house at the last minute and came by car instead. We are so glad we did. This is a lovely, clean guest house and Deb and Graham very welcoming. Breakfast is served between 8.15-9.15 and ranges from cereal, toast, tea or coffee, orange juice, yoghurt, bananas, full English cooked breakfast if desired (dietary requirements catered for). You can have as much tea, coffee and toast as you wish.

We had room number 2, which is a double room, en-suite with toilet and shower. There is no lift, so be prepared to climb the stairs. We saw other guests' comments about the size of the rooms, but it was perfectly adequate for us with plenty of space to store your cases under the bed and I loved the wall storage solution with the hooks and coat hangers, an excellent idea in a room with no space for a wardrobe (our own bedroom at home doesn't have room for a wardrobe). Deb explained that because Covid was on the rise again there would be no daily cleaning of the room or changing of the tea/coffee cups during our stay, which wasn't a problem at all. Masks were not worn, but we used the hand sanitizer before entering the breakfast room.

There is no on-street parking outside the guest house because it's residents only (there are a few non-resident spaces nearby though if you’re lucky), so we parked at the train station at the bottom of the street (£4 a day), which worked well (better for smaller cars, so we're glad we came in my little VW UP). There is a multi-storey not far away (£3 a day), but when we arrived there were no spaces there and it is a bit further to walk with cases, so the train station worked very well for us. The only slight problem with the station parking is that the meter is coins only or you can use the app, except the phone signal isn't great. 

The lovely, buzzing town of Tenby is within walking distance, with a great beach and plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from for an evening meal. We ate at the Coach and Horses in Upper Frog Street (English and Thai menu). Make sure you book a table as all the restaurants and pubs fill up pretty quickly. While we were in the town, we visited Caldey Island (well worth it) and St David's was only an hour away. We also did a walk in Porthgain with its pretty harbour and the impressive remains of the brick buildings from its industrial age. Deb was very helpful by suggesting places to visit and things to see.

If we visit Tenby again and we're sure we will, we would be happy to stay at Langdon Villa again.

Great guest house with friendly owners

I stayed here with my brother-in-law.  Wes shared a twin room on the 3rd floor, so the stairs were a bit of a climb.  The room didn't have an en-suite bathroom, but we had our own private bathroom on the sme landing, just 2 doors down - and dressing gowns were provided.  Thr room was well equipped with a TV, hair dryer and as much tea and coffee as you wanted.  The beds were very comfortable and the room and our bathroom were spotlessly clean.  The breakfasts were excellent, freshly cooked with ample choice of ingredients,  This guest house is a few minutes walk from the town centre and the beaches and is also very close to the station.  Right from the start we were made welcome and I'd have no hesitation in recommending this guest house to anyone who asked me.

Comfortable Room, Great Breakfast

My husband and I spent 2 nights at this lovely B&B while touring Wales. Graham and Debbie provided excellent customer service and delicious breakfasts. We enjoyed learning about pandemic life in the UK and Graham's motorcycle travels. The B&B is charming and in a perfect location for exploring Tenby by foot. We would highly recommend.

We were greeted by a text on the morning of our booking to tell us our room was ready .
Immediately felt welcomed by the hosts . 
Hotel was very clean and tidy, reasonable priced and a lovely breakfast included .
We stayed in the deluxe double room with ensuite, room number 3. The room has everything you need including a tv , coffee and tea facilities and a built in wardrobe. We were impressed by the storage for our stuff.

The hotel is in a perfect location and is right by the train station where you pay and display.
If you head right as you come out of the hotel , just down the road you are in Tenby town and by north beach .

Our break was perfect and we will definitely be returning .
