When we first arrived, the first room we were given wasn't cleaned well, so we were moved to another room 2 floors up. That one was clean, the only issue we were having is that we had no way to turn on the airconditioning and were too tired to go and ask at the reception for the night. So when you go into this hotel, you'll be greeted by polite and professional reception staff. You'll definitely enjoy your night here as the room's pretty spacious. Going downstairs to their restaurant we enjoyed the pizza & pepsi we ordered which was decently priced.

What was good
Location was great, although not on site at Gatwick but regular shuttles. Would have been nice if shuttle was free shuttle obviously but its not. Nonetheless out of all the off site hotels this is as close as you’ll get probably and worth the money.

Breakfast was plentiful - kids eat free with an adult. Proper Lavazza coffee was a very nice touch.
