Really impressed with the premier plus rooms at this Premier Inn!  Spacious and well equipped with everything you need. Comfortable bed and all round excellent! Pleasant staff and check in/out. Didn’t have food so can’t comment. 
Only criticism- be great if you could access at the rear entrance near the multi storey car park when you have lots of bags.

it was really good to stay at small town. good breakfast and kind staff. good location near train station and town hall. but parking and other . not to good. just stay few days. cheap price. really nice

Fab location, town centre on door step and a coop under! Clean lovely room! Great staff.
We stayed 2 nights and parked at the Premier inn up road! best to pay for first 24 hr of parking via the machine, then setup the next 24 hrs on your phone and pay! As phone app doesn't allow you to extend parking past 24 hrs! So we had to go back and buy a ticket on the 2nd eve.

Recently had a short stay in this lovely hotel, great room & nicely finished.

Great centre location with easy access to the shops, bars & restaurants.

The vibe of the town is at your doorstep but quiet, no noise & I was overlooking the front.

The facade blends perfectly into the rich architecture that Leamington Spa is known.

Will be back for a longer stay for sure, more leisure than business next time.

Booked this hotel as it was very close to the location of a family wedding. The Premier Plus room was spotless and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, and the substantial breakfast was just what was required. Totally satisfied.

Stayed at Premier Inn, Parade, Royal Leamington Spa.  Excellent service, greetings, advise and help as required.  Had both breakfasts and evening meals in hotel, specialist Steak House menu so good. Just be careful of the car parking as a lot of the on street parking machines are App only although they still look like cash machines.  Downloading the parking App proved very difficult.

Denisa was excellent, she went above and beyond resolving my issue with booking the wrong type of room! She managed juggle around some rooms and find us space and even made up the room herself!  The hotel was clean, tidy and comfortable, like all Premier Inns I’ve stayed at.

Staying for a few days while we are having work done at home, our room was clean as were the communal areas around the hotel. With Premier Inn you always know what to expect and this one didn't disappoint! The reception staff are always very pleasant and helpful.

Stayed overnight whilst meeting friends for a special birthday. Friendly staff and good clean quiet room. Had breakfast next morning and everything was fine. Location excellent as we walked from the station. Near to the Pump rooms and lovely parks in Leamington.

Very friendly and professional welcome by Denisa, she's an amazing asset to the company. The hotel is in a perfect location, room was big and clean, cooked breakfast delicious.. Very happy customer A++
