Second time we’ve been to the Inn, we love the feel and atmosphere of the hotel. The staff are lovely, we had a really nice meal and I was so impressed with the waitresses. I work in hospitality so realise how hard it is. I was impressed with our waitress Gaia. Thank you.

Stayed overnight for a birthday treat and so glad that we did. On checking in, a complementary bottle of prosecco was in the room for us, which was a lovely touch. The room was large with a huge shower and roll top bath. The bed was big and comfortable.
We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was delicious. The service was very good and the waiting staff were very attentive. 
Overall, we would come back for another special occasion given the opportunity. 

Absolutely wonderful stay at The New Inn while attending a wedding nearby. Really welcoming staff who personally walked us up to our beautiful room, clearly explaining how to get in after 11pm once the pub was closed. Fresh crisp white linen and fluffy towels. Breakfast was 10/10 in the morning too. No time to explore the local area on our visit, but we will return!

A lovely pub, restaurant and hotel. We stayed for one night. A nice big with comfortable bed and lovely big bathroom with bath. Dinner was very good. A really good range of largely Italian themed starters. For mains we each had one of the specialty burgers which were great along with the Rosemary seasoned fries. Excellent choice of wines by the glass and draught beers.  The waiting staff were attentive and very professional. 

Good breakfast this morning ranging from full english to granola accompanied by some lovely toasted bread.

Hotel gave us free upgrade to one bedroom suite with a four poster bed, free standing bath etc. Looked at our original room which was also a very nice. Breakfast very good  and staff extremely helpful. Ate in restaurant one night which was mainly gourmet burgers so not really for us although obviously popular. Good central location for the Cotswold. Free WiFi not secure 

Lovely country pub, food range of beer and bar snacks! Was a welcome addition to our 7 mile walk to come across this pub. Would definitely recommend visiting this place, we regularly visit the stump but did like the cosy charm of the New Inn, very dog friendly also!

Probably the best burger in the world, ‘the Chesney’. 

Here’s the wins; Very warm welcome, sat us at the table early, brought water for us & the dogs, laid an extra place at the table, took drinks order quickly, food order was smooth, food was out of the kitchen with perfect timing. Great attentive service, probably the best dining experience we’ve had for years. Thank you.

I couldn’t recommend The New Inn any more. My (now) husband and I stayed at The New Inn along with a number of our guests during our wedding weekend, and were thoroughly impressed with the location, food and service. Nothing was too much from the moment we arrived. The food was fantastic (we had a sit down meal with 20 odd guests the night before our wedding), and the included breakfasts were fab. My husband and I stayed in one of the suites and were very impressed - the bed was super comfortable, and it was the perfect ‘bridal suite’ for the morning of our wedding. Thanks, guys - we’re so, so impressed and will 100% be returning to stay again!

Went for supper at a booked table on Saturday evening.  They were busy, with a large private party in one room and quick turnover of tables in the other.  Despite this, service was prompt and attentive without being at all pushy.  Food the usual mainly burger-based menu. Do what you know and do it well.  Two courses, in and out within an hour, which was what we wanted on this occasion. Well done!

Last minute booking but were accommodated on a busy Saturday night. Fabulous service, and well priced, delicious food. Shared a few ‘small plates’ between us. The duck tacos a highlight. Washed down with a few pilsners. A great night. Thanks guys.

All the courses were of a high standard, the staff were friendly and helpful. Vegetarians well catered for. Great ambience.
The wines and beer reasonably priced.
The total cost for a party of four which included one round of drinks, starters and mains, came to £151 inc. 10% service charge.

Super evening out.

From start to finish our stay at the New Inn was absolutely perfect. The team could not do enough to make us comfortable and bent over backwards to help us at every turn. I genuinely felt they cared deeply about giving us an excellent experience and they really did. I had the porcetta for dinner and it was delicious

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here this weekend. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay a happy one. We enjoyed having dinner by the fire in the evening and were so impressed by the quality of the food - we were just upset that we didn’t have room for dessert (an excuse to return again soon?!) We met Gabby who works at the Inn who was extremely kind, caring and so professional - she couldn’t have done more to ensure that we had a lovely time away. We can’t wait to visit again!
