Our stay at Richmond Thermal Hotel was truly a wonderful and refreshing experience. Located in the healing area of Karahayıt, this hotel stands out with its professional service and warm hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and attentive. Every detail was carefully thought out, making us feel valued throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Housekeeping was consistent and meticulous. The thermal pools and spa facilities were not only relaxing but also very beneficial for our health. Both indoor and outdoor thermal pools, the Turkish bath, and massage services provided a deep sense of renewal for both body and mind. The food was absolutely delicious. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The buffet offered a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes. I highly recommend Richmond Thermal Hotel to anyone seeking rest, wellness, and high-quality service. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff who made our stay so pleasant. Looking forward to returning again soon!
