Just finished another long stay (4 weeks) at Ibis Bangkok Riverside. This hotel is in a brilliant location on the Chao Phrya River in the heart of Bangkok. Walking distance to Iconsiam and free shuttle to closest BTS skytrain station. Rooms are comfortable and functional with kettle, fridge, free daily coffee and bottled water. Restaurant serves good breakfast and a la carte. But it is the fabulous people who keep us coming back time and again. Khun Aoy and her whole staff are wonderful - Khun Da, Khun Fern, Khun Nim, Khun Pon and the team in the restaurant, Khun Ronnarong at reception, and Mr Vinod who handles everything in a professional way with a smile.
