We stayed in two rooms over two nights (we requested to swap as we were given a room with AC which we didn't want) and both rooms were clean and welcoming. The bathrooms were pleasant. The only real downside is that the rooms are a bit small and dark, and the fan in the non AC room didn't oscillate so one of the beds didn't get much air. The man there was really friendly and very accommodating - waiting up until gone midnight to welcome us after the bus was stuck in traffic. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so I cannot comment on the food.
