We had trouble for a late booking and this option popped up as a last minute alternative. Clean spacious rooms, albeit a bit spartan. Quiet surroundings by a riverside park off a secondary road and not the noisy guests we feared; families rather than teens setting the place on fire. Good basic breakfast choices at a more than reasonable price - 20€ per person & night on a busy bank holiday weekend. Not exactly bang in the centre if you want to visit Oviedo, but all the interesting places are within a 15 to 30 minute drive on easily manageable roads. Located in an interesting mining valley with some industrial heritage sites nearby, and shops and restaurants within walking distance. Perfect for logistic base. Bring your own towels. Make your bed. Wifi, no TV. Big deal at a fraction of a regular hotel. Kids did not mind, and they can be picky.
