We didn't get to stay here because they canceled our reservation on the pretext that they didn't recognize the card. We put in two different cards that work perfectly. Upon arriving at the Hostal, we were told by SMS that we had to move from there to get the room keys, which is complicated when you don't know the city.The room quality price ratio was fine even though we found the bathroom stack embedded and the toilet paper scarce.

 Disappointing.

We had a reservation in this establishment through Booking, on the way to Salamanca, we cancel the reservation. I call the reception to inquire and explain the situation to Rubén. He says now you'll let me talk to you, in a discomforting tone, because according to him I don't like my tone either. I apologize for my natural tone and he says maybe I'm sensitive. Then he exclaims you won't tell me how to do my job. Well, look, Rubén, yes. As a minimum, treat your customers politely and respectfully. If someone calls you because after two hours of booking, you're a professional person, listen, and try to solve the problem. If you don't know how to separate personal and professional phone calls and leave the suitcase at the door, you don't lose any public work.

It is a shameful thing to do.

I had requested a double room with two individual beds. booking informed me that it would be based on availability of accommodation. since from the day of booking, February 2, until the day of stay, February 21, 3 weeks, the establishment did not inform me that there was any sticker, in fact there would be no problem with my request for 2 individual beds. when I arrived, the reception was in another hotel, I was charged the stay in advance for that reason, and when we arrived in the room there was only one wedding bed. we returned to the reception and were told that they had no available room, and that availability could only be guaranteed at the time of check-in.

Communication is zero and personal attention is zero.

Rooms in the center of salamanca, where there are two apsos of any place. the reception was quite agile. the size and cleanliness of the rooms were the right ones. i should mention that the neighbors are not listened to. all in accordance with the price.

Comodo and centric.

In this hotel they cancelled our reservation -made months ago- arguing the credit card was not valid (it is not true).
When we called them, they refused to helps us and they were rude and unpolite. I assume they were overboked or tried to sell the room more expensive.
Go to any other place in Salamanca and do not use Booking.com they were also unhelpful

Don't trust on them.

The photos of the hotel didn't sound like the room they gave us.The water cap was rotten and the barrier had the door out of the guides, the room was drained, we talked about it at the hotel and the answer was that they already knew.
