Yes you get what you pay for and we got more yes its bit tierd but still clean and tity just looking for bed and shower what was fine not far from pubs and stuff
so was happy with the place and if i went back i would prob not think twice to go back to the apartments

All ok and fine

Private apartments in an old hotel with huge rooms and ample accommodation. Good kitchens with all utensils, soap in rooms, clean towels. Great for a short break. 10 mins from Bonanza Square, 5 mins from Marina. Also fridge freezers microwave. Lovely and clean. OSHEAS IRISH BAR one block behind is cheap as chips. 60 for 3 nights solo, could have slept 4. Bargain. No frills, no pool but it's on the beach. Will use in the spring again. Booked twice in last month

Clean apartments, all facilities and utensils. Great Central base

We arrived at 23 and the recetionist told us that this is not where we are accomodated in kind of a rude way and told us to call the booking number, which I obviously had to pay from my money as my card is from UK. The guy on the phone told us that we are in the right hotel so the receptionist was wrong and then they send us to other hotel pick up our keys from appartemnt so with our stuff after long flight we went to other hotel just to pick up the keys. So the first impression when you arrived was very bad and unprepared. 
Stuff for sleeping were very uncomfortable, the hotel or apartments are very noisy even in the night. Unprofessional staff. No WIFI
Although the price was good and the apartment was sort of okey I would never return.

Bad receptionist, hosting

No air conditioning, cockroaches in the shower and stuck that was, the concierge very poorly educated, bad beds, upholstered sofa and sheets with bad smell, unbearable, no more coming, no recommended.

Asqueroso is the name of the game.

There is no more wax here than the one that burns: a block of haunted and haunted summer apartments, conceived and in their day designed to accommodate passersby to tourists who are not very demanding. The cleanliness does not exist, the location was good forty years ago, but very noisy today. The disaster Puerto Marina, is across the street, and from the Tamarindos you can appreciate people selling and consuming drugs on the beach. I do not recommend paying. It is better to do something more and put a good collection of health and family. Not even in Acapulco can you find apartments so expensive, abandoned, haunted and noisy!

Perfect location for both Torremolinos and Benalmadena, the apartments are overlooking the marina. We got an early check-in which was ideal! The only down side to the apartment was the beds being uncomfortable, apart from that it was a great base for an enjoyable family holiday. 

Does exactly what it says on the tin....... 

Stayed here for some days during winter season. Had a room (201) which is a room with ocean view even though it’s the first room to main road along the beach. If you want a room more near the beach you need an higher nr. I would say it’s a nice place near the beach and the lovely marina of Benalmádena. You are near to coffee places, tapas etc. Not far away is Paloma park, selwo marina and other accommodations in the city, the buses are just on the main road (5min) if you prefer the beach and marina this is the place for few money. If you are in for higher standards and hotel stars, this is not the place. Older building, needed more things in the kitchen, but we did manage as a family for 6 people, but we only stayed here for 4 nights, more nights then I had to buy some things for the kitchen. Could easily choose the place again, bc it’s cheap in the winter. Not sure on summer. 

Nice location. 

A bit of a surprise this accommodation.  We had pretty low expectations for this property considering some of the reviews, but for a short 4 day stay I thought it would be worth a shot.

The first downside was having to go to another property (The Doramar) to pick up the key but I'm sure it was because we were out of season.  We got our taxi to drop us at The Doramar and walked downhill for approx 10 mins to reach the Tamarindos.  The reception area of the Tamarindos was a bit dull and dark.  The room however was pretty spacious and was spotlessly clean.  The living area was a bit dated but no worries there.  It had a air conditioning unit which heated as well as chilled.  Heating in the evenings in February was essential.  The unit rattled a little though.  The bedroom was smallish but really clean and had clean white bed linen.  Beds were definitely very small though. The kitchen and bathroom were a bit more modern.  The kitchen had all the cooking essentials including a toaster, microwave and all the pots and pans you'd need.  It also had a little pack containing a dishcloth, scourer and amazingly a little bottle of washing up liquid.  A real boon for self catering.  The kitchen even included a clothes washing machine.

The location is the best part of the apartments.  It is located just overlooking the Sealife building at the Marina, with views down to the sea.

Always the million dollar question is " Would you stay again?".  100% yes.  It is not perfect but it is more than acceptable with excellent value.

Location, location, location .... Plus It's Clean and excellent value

We had a great 4 days weather was great   we had cocktail there made to perfection and food was made to order staff very friendly  very good prices lots of food to choose from pizza and garlic bread and chips only 14 euro  was great

just got back from here had a studio which was excellent very clean fully equipped kitchen location very good reception helpful and friendly. Tv not very good in the room!!!
Beware of the hill as you come out !!! Overall excellent would stay here again Fuengirola 
market is a must!!
