Beautiful hotel and amazingly friendly people! Would definitely stay again.

Very good, loved the experience. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. The entire stay was lovely. The rooms are clean and the food at the restaurant we dinned at was extraordinary. I will most certainly return again.

Perfect hotel for stay with lots off restaurant in direct area. Rooms okay and bathroom what you might expect. Cleaning service very good of the rooms. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on terrace. Was nice meeting the manager and her bag of Pelican Rouge Coffee will soon be on it’s way to here :-) when we are back in Netherlands . So who know what future brings for our coffee here. Wifi can be improved 

Our daughter competed in a national dance competition at the hotel so we booked 2 standard rooms for our 3 night stay. 

The rooms are generous in size, neat and tidy with a small fridge, a kettle and basic coffee and tea supplies. We had 2 double beds in each room which were comfortable, although the pillows weren’t great (but this seems to be the norm at most hotels I’ve stayed at). Our hairdryer unfortunately didn’t work - luckily due to us having 2 bedrooms, I used the other room’s dryer which worked. 

The bathroom was large and spacious with an incredibly large shower. Room 314 had a much larger shower than Room 315 - I’m not too sure why as the rooms are otherwise identical. 

The hotel has lovely entertainment for the children in the form of an arcade, a cinema and many different restaurants. The breakfast buffet was lacking in variety and service - we waited 45 minutes for our cappuccinos and no-one seemed in a rush when we enquired more than 4 times as to where they were. Luckily due to the other restaurants being independent of the hotel, the service was great and the offering diverse. 

All in all, a wonderful stay for our 3 nights and would highly recommend for a short stay.

Booked the suite, the suite was stunning. Loved the space, it's really beautiful. The hotel and staff was very nice. Will be back for the hotel stay. 
The only one down fall was the very limited breakfast menu. I stay here a couple years ago and the breakfast menu was to die for. Now it's just limited menu nothing nice to talk about.

My husband and I saved up money to celebrate our 3 7th wedding anniversary at silver star Hotel, friendly staff but quite disappointed with the room the bath outlet didn't work properly water keep running out and water wasn't hot.,wash basin was blocked and mirrors wasn't clean. Pillows needs upgrade But overall its a very nice hotel.

Extremely disappointed with the facility. Appearance looks good but so many things not functional. Air-conditioning very cold i ended up sick with a cold. No bin in the room, asked for one and it didn't come, dirty towel left unchanged, no cards at the back of the door. TV had unending issues. Reception staff seemed overwhelmed with problems. 

Not a great experience

Hotel doing major renovations,  deliberately does  not communicate this via their website/ booking emails. Construction happens 7am -10:30pm. Wi-Fi isn’t usable. TV channels all snowy. GM isn’t interested. Better options. Overpriced.

We go to silverstar a lot. In the begging we won and now we see they are reading our cards it is like they have blocked us from winning. They are rigging there machines. I have complained a lot but falls on deave ears. All Togo sun's are liked so we have bad experience at all of them. I think me and my wife must go to gambling board. They only take our money. And they can't say it is 1 machine so all of them. I can play on n wite card and win at a machine and as soon as I put in my black card they will take all. We can go to n different like mvg casino and win but silverstar wil not let us win. Not even the draw is rigged not ones I have won something. Silverstar we are going to go to hallo Peter too.
