Both my daughters decided to give me a holiday that I had always been fantasizing about. I was a little wary about this vacation at Cape Town as Africa was an unfamiliar continent for me. However, right from the moment I landed at the airport, I was completely at ease with the warmth and hospitality that was showered on us by the persons connected with the Taj Cape Town. I was not only reassured about my missing luggage but it was delivered to me without any ado as soon as possible. Every single person in the Hotel looked after me with great care and concern, literally holding my hand and taking me around. The tours they curated for us were very interesting and exciting, be it the walking tours, the visits to the Museum, or the coastal drive. The concierge desk, reception, the chauffeurs, the staff at the restaurants - every single person pandered to each and every wish of mine and I was treated like Royalty. I have experienced Taj hospitality in India and I was so enamoured of the fact that the hospitality and warmth at Taj Cape Town not only equalled but at times surpassed the warmth and kindness I encountered in my country
