Wonderful girl on reception ( day and night, don’t think she slept!) we needed an on-line translation service because we don’t speak Russian, but all good. Room was lovely although hotel was a little hard to find, when you get to 10 Mashkova St go through the archway to the right of the building and the ‘secret’ entrance is a black door under a small canopy on the left. Only reason it’s a 4 star is no toilet in room you have to share one in corridor.
