They were traveling by car, after visiting the Auschwitz museum, they were morally and physically exhausted. They booked this hotel. We thought we would settle down. In the lobby they met two dogs, the smell indescribable, chairs sold, and in the yard a man 5 men (a strange kind). They waited for a long time at the reception, did not wait for anyone (!!!), realized that to Krakow 70 km, we would cross with ease, just to not be here.

Don't even think about spending the night there!

We're two steps from Auschwitz and so everything looks nice and cozy in comparison but there's really a lot to do here. Yes, because the structure isn't bad but it's completely left to itself... very old furniture (but not antique) dirty carpets everywhere with nauseating points at the reception (welcome), where a lady stays in a small room talking to you (only in Polish so she's practically talking to herself) from an anodized window.

The hygiene of this unknown...

A devastating smell at the entrance to the hotel, from their poor dogs and smoke, moquettes soaked in these sandwiches and cut very badly... in the hallway it fades a little but this terrible fragrance accompanies the whole hotel... rooms are really hardly clean almost to the limit... at least the food is mostly acceptable... a lot of cleanliness and more precise service would certainly make the hotel mediocre!

Scented end of the week

We stayed for only one night, when we arrived they were already prepared to receive us. The first thing that came to our attention was the lack of hygiene and cleanliness of the structure, the rooms and bathrooms, not to mention the stench of the stairs and hallways! The beds were actually sofas made with cushions covered with a sheet just leaning over them, cushions other than clean animals and full of fur probably their dog.) Moquette cut very poorly, without borders and not even fixed to the ground! During one night in the bathroom I noticed the presence of at least two cockroaches, one of the two systemed, the other disappeared... Unique positive doting the restaurant... Breakfast and breakfast. We would recommend this facility to those who visit Oswie, but the facilities are definitely concentrated in a few steps, even if you consider taking a few steps back to the TAX camps, you can definitely save us eight steps, but the facilities are not too expensive to visit.
