I checked in here for a layover day room because of the pool. The pool turned out to be very small and not good for swimming. They did have a left guard on duty which is commendable. It is near the airport and the room seemed clean but had a lot of wear and tear. A large breakfast buffet is included but was quite mediocre quality. It had a large gym. I might stay here again if the price was right.

Adequate airport hotel

Had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the Savoy. The location is great and so close to terminal 3 with easy access to the airport. My wife and I enjoyed a delicious meal and on the morning of our departure, JL Bellman drove us to the ‘Runway’ for the short walk to the airport. He was very polite and gave great service. Thank you all for a memorable stay.

First Class Hotel, First Class Service

For our final night in Manila, we chose to book at Savoy Manila (no relation to The Savoy London). 

Located right across NAIA Terminal 3, this hotel looks like it’s the primary choice for travelers, judging from the always packed lobby which holds not only guests but also a cafe, a coffee shop, a booze stand AND a stand run by really aggressive property sales people (two of them chased us right to the elevator!).

The management needs to find a better way of managing people there, as it is always crowded and confusing. Some people even sleep on the sofas. They could even offer a temporary snooze/quiet area somewhere upstairs. 

The room itself was great. Quiet… wish it had a view though. Our one bedroom unit came with a sofa for two people, a desk, a coffee station with a CBTL coffee machine (free pods!). The wardrobe was great. Bathroom was decent sized. The bedroom had a small-ish bed that looked like a smaller queen. One TV in the bedroom and another one in the living room. Air conditioning was one of the better ones we’ve had in the Philippines. 

Newport Mall is a 10 minute walk but it doesn’t offer much in terms of basics. Lots of small shops nearby though.

Quiet rooms. Close to airport. Really crowded lobby.

 Function room and accommodation services are excellent for this type of gatherings. Foods are great.
Well done. Your morning breakfast services at Savoy Cafe are outstanding.

ARS 60th

For an airport hotel, its hard to get to from the airport. Although you can see it from the terminal 3, you have to walk a long way around over the Newport Airbridge and then you have a 10min walk along the main road as - unlike the other hotels in the area - there is no shuttle. The walk along the road is do-able but is very dirty and in some places the pavement is blocked so you have to go on the road. It's busy with cars and poorly lit. Crazy they don't have shuttle. I would instead suggest staying at the Belmont as its right at the end of the T3 Newport airbridge. When you do arrive at the hotel its busy, but nice. Rooms are good (but bathrooms small and simple). There were c.25people waiting to checkin when I arrived but the staff were quick and efficient.

Hard to get to from Terminal 3

Hotel dos not offer/consider late check out at all under any condition- even if you offer to payFood is Philipino stile and qualify Room - it all bit runed down...and need bit better cleaning If you are from europe or US adjust your expectations in this hotel.

Just adverage

My stay in Savoy hotel Manila wasn’t that enjoyable after having to wait for more than an hour cuing in line to get inside the restaurant to avail of the breakfast. I’m sure that wasn’t the first time Savoy hotel had that situation of having a long line of people waiting to get inside. I wonder why the management does not provide solution to it. If the hotel doesn’t do anything and be proactive, that situation will be repeated again and again especially on days when they are fully booked or on holidays. The hotel should be proactive in order to avoid the same situation next time. Checking out after breakfast at past 11am was equally bad because of the long line of people checking out. It was due to the long delay at the breakfast line. We were late for our next schedule for a Christmas event. Very bad!!

Breakfast nightmare.

Pls avoid at all cost. Very old hotel, bathroom was very uncomfortably disgusting, shower full of moulds and bad smell in the room and hallways all over the hotel. Smoking area was like death, never ever encountered one like it before. A man started video recording me and my friend in the smoking room. Overall, a very disgusting hotel. Don’t even bother with breakfast, by the time u get to sit down, it’ll be lunch time, the line is always long. Also expect to have black stuff/moulds in the shower, apparently it’s normal for them.

AVOID

Check in queue took about 10 minutes due to it being Christmas season and a popular transit hotel so close to Naia terminal 3. Staff polite and helpful at reception.Nice clean room for the overnight staff.
