Over all, I had enjoy my stay. It is comfortable and accessible.

I love the place it's perfect for everything like me during my surgery. Groceries, restaurants and banks very convenient.  I would love to come back soon .

Nice and supermarket close by modern apartments

The place was nice and quiet they have a grocery store and restaurants in the hotel. 2 pools. The apartment has dishes refrigerator and microwave i really enjoyed my time there

All good except for really shady internet connection

Grocery and restaurants right in the building as well, very convenient, the view and the room are nice, good price for a condo like this, owner of the condo was very responsive on every questions we had, would definitely come back in the future.

If the full score is 100, it is definitely worth 101! This geographical location is convenient for us to go anywhere. I have lived in many condos, which is the most beautiful. The room is clean and the Internet speed is very fast! And Netflix. It's really relaxing to watch a movie after taking a shower.

Who ever is answering the phone when called is rude and disrespectful. Will not answer questiins and will hand the phone up on you when attempting to resolve an issue. The person answering emails on the other hand is decent with a response and follows up to make sure an issue is resloved.

Of the unit was clean, but I was quite disappointed that I had been given the impression it had Netflix and it had absolutely nothing at all basically a very nice TV with nothing to watch but YouTube. But the unit was clean and it has a fairly good location overall on a five stars that probably give it 3.5

A good and quiet appartment with the necessary needs. Its a big building with 60 floors and around 60 appartments per floor so it can be a little loud in the hallway. Depends on the neighbours. Some of the items in the room need to be fixed. I shared that with the owner who will take care of it.The residence looks clean and the staff is polite and friendly. The elevator is a little warm because there is no airco inside I guess. The swimming pool is nice but more for kids because it is mostly undeep water. The environment around the pool looks pretty by the way. I didnt pay for the fee (150 pesos per day) which I think is the reason most people don't come there. In general a good place to stay.The location is great and next too a mall, supermarket and restaurants. Also nearby many sightseeing places in Manila, you can reach by walk or taxi (which is cheap in The Philippines). The traffic around the building is crowded but acceptable. On a higher floor you dont hear it so much in the room. It didnt bothered me anyway. The check in and out is different than normal but not difficult if you follow the instructions you get by email or in the chat. Everyone is helpfull and friendly. If i come back to the Philippines I might consider to stay at The Air Residences again. Thanks for a good vacation!

Security is great and easy access to the mall adjacent to the property. The communication with the property owner was helpful, thankful for the consideration given due to change of flight schedule by the airline. It's also worth mentioning that the guards/staff in the property are very courteous.

Property has alot of amenities in walking distance which is great. The only dislike is the elevator wait times going up and going down. You have to be very patient to get on an elevator here. Other than that, no complaints.
