first time together mag out of town sa Baguio, sobrang bait ng mag asawa si Maam Lyn and Sir Pete at si Chimo the dog :) , malinis ang room, yung bed comfy, yung CR malinis rin at may heater na, tapos yung tv my channel , malakas ang wifi good for gaming hahaaha.. tapos yung security ng room at house 24/7 may CCTV kaya safe na safe. complete lahat ng kailangan pang luto, may small ref pa, irerecommend ko ito sa iba pang friends ko na naghahanap ng magandang masstayan. :) 

We had a really nice and safe stay here! Loved the 1 bed studio room for two as it's prepared with things that you will need like kithen stuffs from cooking to dining including a supply of mineral water. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights there and Lyn had her initiative to supply us a second set of bath towels. Actually she will tell you to just text or call her if you need anything else in your room upon your check in. It's rainy season already so we didn't have a chance to go outside from time to time to visit all the tourist spots. Luckily we've picked a perfect room for us! Fully furnished and loved the comfy and clean bed. We will definitely stay there again and again everytime we're in Baguio. See you again Peter and Lyn! Keep it up! GOD Bless.

We stayed here just this Nov.2017. We usually stay at hotels but we tried this one since the reviews are good. I am happy we did the right choice of staying here.
Here are the pros and cons of our stay:
Cons:
- Not in the city proper, you have to ride taxi going in Lyn's but very near Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto (and we don't mind because the taxi drivers are very honest with the fare plus staying a bit awat from the busy street of Baguio makes it more peaceful). TIP: if the taxi drivers are not familiar with Lyn's Do drop inn location, just tell them it is near Lourdes Grotto, street where BOMBO RADIO is...
-No breakfast and toilettries (OF COURSE, it is a transient house, not a hotel... so if you're kinda lazy to do things for your food either you buy outside or stay out of this good property ayt?)

PROS:
-COMPLETE for your basic kitchen utilities. They also provide drinking water.
-Beddings are so comfortable.
-EXCELLENT WIFI! really strong wifi connection. And it is for free.
-MS.LYN and Sir PETER together with their sweet dog Bridgette are so warm to welcome us especially with our needs during the stay.
-TV with good cable channels.
-No need for aircon... just leave those secured windows partially open.
-With stores outside (where you can buy your food)

I really do recommend this transient house of Ms.Lyn and Sir Peter. Thank you for sharing your home with us. See you next year!

It's my first time in Baguio and i wrongly picked the time to visit as there's a holiday and there's a lot of people. :(( Hi Lynn and Peter , they are very great hosts. Their rooms are nice , clean and safe. Their place is near the complex of the Lourdes grotto. Approximately 10 minutes to reach  city proper. The room has a folder wherein house rules can be seen including things to do in Baguio. Booked thru Airbnb and its a hassle free transaction . Arrived early and we left our things because the previous occupant hasnt checked out yet. I recommend this accommodation 👌👌👌

Stayed 5 nights in this Pension house, about 20 minutes walk from Burnham Park.
All facilities extremely clean. Well equipped kitchenette. Separate bedroom, toilet/bathroom and kitchen/living area. Good security with electronic security gate at front of the property. Lyn was very helpful with directions and information on significant sites to visit.
Property is located close to Bombo radio station and the tower of the radio station is a useful landmark. 
Jeepney and taxis available 300 metres
Lourdes Grotto 400 metres.
Would definitely stay again.
