Neglected room, toilet roof with paperwork, no WiFi, no hot water and light is unstable.

 Poor service.

When I arrived at the hotel there was no parking space even though I had booked, in the room the smell of leather was unbearable, there was toilet paper used under the bed and a food taper behind the fridge, the windows were dirty, the bed was damaged, the fridge was flooded inside, there was no hot water, no water pressure. In the restaurant: the water for the cold coffee shop was on the table, altably the covers were dirty.

Poor experience

Its rooms are super comfortable as well as the attention of the super friendly staff. Beautiful sea view and pier, as well as being a few meters from the beach! Apart from having a good restaurant service, the food is very rich and the music is super pleasant 😉

Hotel on the beach Pimentel!

Last week we stayed a couple of days in Pimentel, a lovely seaside village near Chiclayo in Lambayeque. The website offered Puerto del Sol as having a terrace, 24-hour front desk, room service and free WiFi.

"At the hotel, all rooms are fitted with a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom".

Our room was huge and had three beds. They were reasonably comfortable. The TV worked fine. We didn't get to see if there was hot water as the shower didn't work properly.

The fridge was dirty and a health hazard.

The hotel would have a lovely view of the beach, had it been possible to see through the grime on the windows. After we moved the empty cigarette packet left on the window sill we had a slightly better view. The free WiFi didn't work. The 24 hour front desk didn't have the codes.

Breakfast, if it can be called that, consisted of hard bread rolls, and jam. Coffee was hot water and coffee sachets, no milk.

The elevators didn't work. There was no offer to help us with our cases to the 4th floor. On the way to our room, the safety rail on the staircase came off in my hand.

Fire extinguishers were missing. There were old bits of equipment left on each floor.

We will not be staying there again.

Very rude staff... Bad administration... Felt unsafe... Left after 30 min of talking with staff about my booking... Never seen anything like that...

For my first trip to Majorca, I was warmly received by Rachel throughout the week, a wonderful person to highly recommend. Naturally, the rest of the team was on the lookout for the best to make this trip a wonder. Very good overall.

It's the only hotel with room with beach view.The entrance to the hotel is on land and the surroundings are also not suitable for going out at night, since Pimentel is a village, but it's close to the beach, so it's worth everything.The room was a little dusty, but if you open the windows the sea breeze enters very strongly through them, along with a little dust from the surroundings.

I arrived in Pimentel to stay for a weekend and stayed here booking a private room.It is located in front of the beach, walking arrivals in 5 minutes.The area is quiet until night you can walk without problems.During the day there are many restaurants but at night no, so you need to go to Chiclayo if you want to go to restaurants or nightclubs, by taxi is 20 minutes paying 20 or 30 soles.The price is fine and will match the services that offer hot water, TV and cable, WiFi, no including breakfast.The staff is friendly.

The hotel is in a good location, but the service is miserable. There are no fresh towels in the bathroom, and you had to ask for toilet paper every time. The hotel is in need of renovation. The staff are bored and not very friendly.
