Well this is a terrible hotel to stay. 
Greeted on arrival with a Nigerian government tax avoidance notice at the door, would raise some red flags.
Next the reception was in darkness as the power was off and they said they were TRYING to pay for diesel for the generator.
After 1.5 hours the power was on.

Staff were ok at reception but not enough.
Room was not to bad, WIFI is good surprisingly.

Restaurant was horrendous, 2 hours to get my meal which was a simple chicken and french fries. i wouldn't have minded if it was busy but there were only 3 people in.

I would have left in a heartbeat if not for my company or company agent booking it. 
I would avoid this hotel and don't even give it a second thought.

Definitely not BEST OR PREMIER!!!!!! AVOID

From the outside you get the impression it's an abandoned place as the paints are all fading while the expansion work seem to have stopped.

Inside it's  a different story. It has a welcoming ambience. During my stay the lifts weren't working so we had to use the stairs or the utility lift.

The rooms are comfortable and the WiFi works well. The staff are very polite and helpful. Ordering room service can take 1 hour or more.

The buffet breakfast is rich although the hotel only prepare breakfast to order when they don't have enough guests.

Overall this was a good stay and I'd certainly visit them again when in Port Harcourt.

Average Hotel

The hotel is cute and comfy. Their meals are delicious and personnel very friendly. Held a traditional marriage ceremony there and quite pleased with the first class treatment and facilities. From the hotel you can easily access any part of the town. 

The taste is in experiencing the luxury

Rooms are nice and clean.staff are friendly and helpfull.everything looks good on the surface but restaurant lets the hotel lose allpt of points.very very slow service.you have to get up to order the food as the staff wont come to you even if your the only person in the restaurant.food (plate of fries) takes min. 35 min.normal plate of food.min. 1 hour

Nice and serene environment. Professional staff. Rooms are clean. Ac working. Limited but nice menu. satelite decorder channels expected are not available. Room service should be prompt. Location is way out of the town. There's room for improvement. 

Christmas holiday

I returned to this hotel in early February and found it to be considerably improved: the renovation work is over, so the hotel is in order. The rooms are clean as well as the laundry; the staff is attentive and friendly. Even the food has improved and one evening we also had a live dinner with music. I would say a great step forward compared to a few months ago. Congratulations to the management and especially to Frank, a great manager!

Definitely Improved

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days in October, for work. The first impact was not the best: I had to change 4 rooms before finding one suitable: in the first one it did not close to the window (particularly not negligible given the danger posed at night by mosquitoes), in the second one it did not work directly, however, in the third one there was an unbearable smell of paint (customers were taping the walls of a hotel wing with wallpaper). In the fourth one I finally offered a room to try.

It's all relative.

Overall, it ensures a decent standard of livability. Discrete clean, abundant and varied breakfast, you can even eat something for lunch/dinner unless it takes at least 60/80 minutes before you receive your order. Very confusing and slow at the reception and bar/restaurant.

The hotel is suitable for European demands.The rooms are generously equipped with a television,fridge and bathroom.The restaurant offers a good selection of dishes of various types.The prices are acceptable.There is an outdoor swimming pool and a free-use gym.Internet access is free.There are no headphones.Due to the uncertain situation, it is recommended not to move outside the hotel.Holidays are therefore not recommended.

The hotel is okay. Rooms are generous, very clean, breakfast is sufficient and the kitchen is good.

It's a good hotel that you like to enjoy, especially when you know other Nigerian hotels with similar rates, the equipment in the gym is badly out of oil, there's no internet in the room on the second stay, and there's a swimming pool next to a sandblasting workshop... but nothing to replenish.
