Sinclair was our first experience at a guesthouse & what a beautiful experience it was. It was very, clean & cozy with all modern amenities but above all their staff were most friendly & accommodating.   We want to extend a special recognition to their front desk staff Kachi who was very professional & customer oriented consistent with American standard. We’ll certainly stay at Sinclair again.

Highly recommended. Had a great time. Private, cosy ambience , clean and very comfortable rooms . The staff were amazingly hospitable. The food in Cantina was delicious ; affordable. Stayed for two nights and three days. Had the opportunity to enjoy the variety of satisfying meals on the menu which included mexican and italian cuisines. Would most definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Excellent hospitality, tidy rooms and amazing food. I advice anyone going for a stay in abuja to stay at this hotel. You won’t regret it and i am sure you won’t think twice the next time you visit abuja

Sinclair hotel ticked all  the right boxes for my stay. Check in was seamless. Rooms were immaculately clean. WiFi worked really well. Hot shower, and of course the lovely in house restaurant.
A few things that should be fixed: first, there's quite a misunderstanding about guests breakfast menu. Specifically, serving instant coffee at breakfast is totally unacceptable. This should not happen, given the high standard this hotel has kept in other areas. Overall the breakfast menu and the way it's presented to in house guests should be improved. 

I had a blast time at the restaurant as I just arrived in Abuja and was looking for a good restaurant in Maitama. I was not disappointed after the meal.... It was 100% on point and the staff too were very polite.

Sinclair is a really comfortable small hotel. Rooms are the cleanest and most comfortable I've seen Abuja. Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Hotel is a perfect location in Mariana.

One of the great restaurants (and I’d say guest houses) in Maitama. The decor gives you the feeling that you are in a restaurant in any of the urban European cities. The staff are super friendly and help with the menu which is fairly priced. The food was good though could be better. Wife had a Caesar salad while I had burger and fries and 2 glasses of Long Island. They have in-house live band on saturdays and I hope to be there to see what it’s like. The only downside is the lack of adequate parking space.  

An excellent inexpensive place to stay with friendly staff and a good selection of food. Also known for it's selection of excellent draft craft beers.
Based in Maitama area of Abuja it provides easy access to most business areas     

Sinclair Guest House is located close to embassies in Maitaima area of Abuja. This guesthouse is exquisitely furnished and always very neat. The rooms are well appointed and equipped with all the necessary amenities. It is cheap compared to similar accommodation in Abuja.
The WiFi is fast and reliable and room service is quick. The only downside is there's no Nigerian food on the menu.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming making you feel at home all the time while providing excellent service.
I'd recommend this hotel for business travellers and would definitely be staying here more often.

This has to be a great relieve as compare to where I stayed before this!
It’s nicely deco, good service staff, secure area, comfortable place to stay, and a good restaurant beside it!

I want to give thanks to counter staff, Emmanuel who has been very accommodating, patiently showed us around, and take care of our needs!
